The staff and service was good. They also have their own car where they can drop you at main area of Nainital. The warm welcome drink was delicious. We stayed there in end of Nov 2023. The weather was chilled.

This was my first experience to stay in a tent and believe me it was you will never regret to stay here the luxury tent was all surrounded by dense trees, there is a sitting area outside the tent which is superb by sitting there you can enjoy morning tea along with beautiful birds chirping all around..they tried to give each and every facility to make your stay more comfortable.. staff is very friendly n prompt.
