Very very poorly maintained rooms , dirty bedsheets, age old beds with plenty of bed bugs. While booking, they told the rate is including dinner and breakfast, but to avail that we have to travel eight kilometres to another hotel.Drinking water,soap, towel were not available in room. Overall the stay at this place was nightmare. My humble request is to never choose this property.

I booked and I got confirmation from booking.com but when I reached there the owner said to be no room and he called someone and push me to take other room.I was travelling with my family.we are so disappointed.i travel lots of places around the world and this is my first experience.I feel very bad and the guy called me next day and harassed me because I didn’t took the room he was suggested.please be careful.

The place is very centrally located and one can easily walk upto grocery stores and restaurants. The free parking offered is on a public road! Closets were completely inadequate and contained many of the owners personal belongings. The place was completely airless when we arrived and we had to open up the windows several of which were stuck because of paint. The bedroom facing the road and other houses had flimsy curtains that don’t offer privacy. Still for the location,the place is affordable but better suited to students and backpackers than families. I found the rating of “exceptional” on Booking.com very misleading and it erodes my trust in such ratings and reviews.

The place was very good. The places to visit near kushalnagar are Tibetan Monestary, Chiklihole reservoir, Kaveri Nisargadhama park, Dubare Elephant camp, Harangi dam. Tibetan Monestary is a must visit place. Check the water levels in dam with locals before visiting Chiklihole reservoir and Harangi dam

break fast they inform us to take only idli vada apart from that we have to pay as a business person i have stayed lot of hotels all over india they provide breakfast what ever we want manager was very cooperative but he himself clean the room and provide us but management has to take care of such a things if they are not intrest to give complimentry breakfast they clearly inform us before booking after booking they are putting such a conditions it is not a way to treat customer
The proximity to tourist attractions in Kushal nagar area of Coorg is an advantage to this newly built homestay at a walkable distance from Nisargadhama,coupled with very caring and helpful hosts Sadananda garu and Bhagyalakshmi garu .And ofcourse we have tasty meals at reasonable prices for dinner.The hosts guided us and helped us in arranging cabs and in identifying good hotels nearby.
Location of the Hotel was perfect - away from the crowded central place but easily approachable by road. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. Good parking space also available. Staff was very courteous especially Mr. John.
