A very calm and quiet place but recently the number of tourists have increased. Especially during long weekends you can see the usual hustle and bustle of any other big hill station. Otherwise a small place which you can cover on foot. Has some great eateries. Nice place to just relax and chill.

A highly underrated place as compared to its big neighbour Shimla. Our duration of 2 days was just right. The highlight of our trip was the amazing trekking of Gilbert Trail, the View at the Suicide Point at the end of the trek and Of course the view at the top of another attraction that is Monkey Point.
Everything was just wonderful about this place !!!

It is a quite place far from the hustle and bustle of other hill stations like Shimla. There are places for quite walks. As it is a cantonment place, the roads are clean, safety factor is high. Traffic discipline is maintained and there is a designated car park outside of the main town area. An enjoyable place for a peaceful break from city life.
Eat at the Kasauli Club. You get a great view from the garden and they serve excellent food (as a teetotaller, i cannot comment on the drinks but I assume that a Club in a cantonment town should serve good liquor)

It was my fourth trip to Himachal Pardesh all were pleasant but Kasauli is not suitable for senior citizens as u have to walk many kilometers,cabs are allowed upto the parking area,rest of the city u have to explore by walking.
Calm and quite place away from hustle bustle of the cities. Enjoy viewing mountains from comfort of your balcony or while eating delicious food at their small restaurant. Room was neat and clean with beautiful interior, Polite and evercaring staff. This place is about 4 km before old kasauli market but thats not a big deal as it takes around 15 minutes to reach market. A great holiday experience, feels like a home away from home. Next time will plan for a long stay.

In view of my medical condition, I was concerned about my special diet and its availability. However, Chef outdid himself by customizing my dinner and breakfast to suit my doctor's orders! I only have the highest words of praise for his caring and attention to detail wrt my meals. The meals were tasty and prepared perfectly.
The Fortune select Forest Hill in Kasauli is an absolute gem. From the moment I stepped foot into the resort, I was greeted with warmth and impeccable hospitality by front desk team. The luxurious surroundings and attention to detail in every aspect of the property left me in awe. The dining options were exceptional, offering a wide range of delectable dishes. Overall, The Fortune select Forest Hill provided an unforgettable experience that exceeded all my expectations.
Undoubtedly the best place in Kasauli to stay and chill. The view from their rooftop Bar and Lounge is just magnificent. I stayed there over a weekend in their newly constructed dorms and they are just perfect for the solo travelers and backpackers. If you like live music then you should definitely go there on a sunday evening for open mic. I would recommend this place to everyone who like live music, good food and amazing graffiti too.
I have been a very frequent traveller to kasauli and I haven't seen such a clean and fine property in this price.It is tagged as a bnb but it is no less then a 4 star hotel. One of the best hotel right in the heart of Kasauli, Closer to all locations, Shopping and Sightseeing, All Staff are excellent especially Mr. Sharan from Reception, and they have one of the best night club, recommend anyone going to Kasauli to saty here.
