The rooms were of good size. The concept of an open bathroom was not that good. They are also charging for water bottles at a very high price. The complimentary bottle provided is just 500 ml per person. The staff is not very efficient at handling larger crowds. For gym facilities, they have a Gym Corner. Yes a small corner with 2-3 machines kept there.

Great place to visit in the rains, if you can brave the horrendous roads to and from Igatpuri. There are beautiful drives in the countryside and strangely the country roads are in far better shape than the arterial roads

If you are nature lover, then this property is not for you.
If you are nature lover, then this property is not for you. There is no view outside of you room or any balcony. It’s only good for a night stay. The plus point is that it’s nearby city area and easily accessible from highway. Restaurant menu is way too costly. Car parking was another issue that I had to face.

I am an expat living in India for some months. My experience with Ekostay has always been great, I went to goa, lonavala, ooty and now Igatpuri. The best thing is I always have trust issues when I am in a foreign land but with these people I am at complete ease as the office team and ground both take credibility if anything happens and make sure the problem is resolved. I usually don't do reviews but in this case they deserve it.
I stayed at bimal farm when I was on vacation in Igatpuri. I loved the experience, but I would like to point out that it is not the best option for someone who is looking for a stay without private vehicle. As mode of public transport are not easily available. But Mr.Thakkar managed that for us, by arranging cab. If you are looking for a unique, rustic living experience, then this is the place for you.
It was Good but costly & NOT included in package ONLINE. Should keep as Buffet or Spread. It was Ala Karta which was obviously costly considering family of 4. They should have included in Package & kept as Buffet every morning 7 to 10.30 AM. We had additional burden if 2500/Day for BF L DINNER which crossed the limit as Hotel earned more from us without giving ultimate benefit to traveler/customer.
Absolutely breathtaking! Our stay at the Villa at Igatpuri was beyond amazing. This 5BHK villa with pool,bathtub and gazebo was a dream come true. Nature lovers, this is a must-visit! Waking up to rabbits and enjoying mountain views from all bedrooms was surreal. Special shoutout to their in-house chef who catered to our every culinary desire. Can't wait to return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Picture perfect

Very poorly trained staff.. Bad food arrangement.. Not even one guest who was staying was not shouting.. Everyone was shouting and fighting with the hotel staff

Excellent stay at Hotel Sai Plaza! The room was comfortable and clean, and the amenities like the swimming pool, restaurant, and bar added to the experience. theres a EV charging station . Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway!
The villa has a beautiful view of surrounding fields and stream. The villa is very spacious. The caretaker and his team too good care of us + the veg food was good too. We would come here again whenever we visit Igatpuri again.

Only the premises on which the group of hotels, one of which is Vivaant is good. Note that all the amneties shown(pool, sports etc) are common and not exclusive to Vivaant.
