The staff were amazing from the doormen, the porters, cleaners, laundry, waiters and barman there was not a single one who did not do their work well and with a smile.. special call out to the travel desk who dealt with a multitude of our requests. Rooms were decent size, clean and comfortable. We had full board so all three meals for ten days at the hotel and every day there was something different and variety for everyones taste. The staff in Melange were outstanding particularly our waiters. Dessert bar was a special treat. Zanzibar was well run and pleasant spot for a drink. When our air conditioning started to trip the electricals in our room we were immediately transferred to another room.

The room stayed is not as per suit standard. Cut short , room not hygienic at all, not made it even after request. Bed is dusty, all accessories dusty. I think no hygenic cleaning. Bed sheets not hygienic, towels not hygienic. I informed that i was in some hospital work and confirmed that I wanted to check out. Online check out done at 12 o clock pm. Finally i returned to hotel and removed luggage at 2 pm for which I paid late fee 500/-. Overall i will rate this room in poor category. Bad experience. I didn't expect this type of service in hyderabad.

Hyderabad is basically a very attractive place for travelers who visit there for some leisure time. Golkonda Fort, Sager Lake, are the most attractive places for visitors. Foods and drinks, I would say, are very nice in good restaurants. You can find very nice biriyani as well as other Indian dishes.

i saw what i wanted too hot, too many scammers every where rickshaw guys drives you crazy. even the prepaid taxi upon arriving at hotel and seeing a good property demands more for baggage when it ws already struck down at airport. if i wd ever go back NO. why? stay in Mumbai enjoy all better. big talked about Halim is so so and avoid Taj Krishna for it. every corner some one wants to rip you off. nope not for us. i am a world traveler and seen India umpteen times.

Enjoyed the Ramoji film city, NTR Garden, evening walk along necklace road, visit to Golconda fort, climbing the high steps of Charminar, and savoured the rich and diverse food options: the Hyderabadi Biryani, the jumbo size paper masala dosa, Pesarettu and Podi, Button Idli and Karachi Biscuits.

We have visited 1) Ramoji film city 2) Saldar Jung museum 3) Charminar 4) Birla Mandir 5) Outside view of Secretariat 6) Hussian Sagar Lake 7) NTR garden 8) Rashtrapathi Nilayam 9) In Orbit mall 10) AMB Mall 11) Shilparamam (Arts and handicraft village in Hitech city) 12) IKEA 13) War Memorial 14) Birla space museum. 15) Golkonda fort. Note that Secretariat, NTR garden, Hussain Sagar Lake, War memorial and Birla mandir are close to each other. Ramoji film city will take 1 full day and we can also reach by public transport (if you are near Hitech city, take Raiguda metro -- LB Nagar metro [Get down at Ameerpet metro station and change to LB Nagar] and at the entrance of LB Nagar metro station, take 555 to Ramoji film city. It was a perfect stay if we are planning 3 to 4 days maximum. Additional notes: 1) You can find Kamat Hotel (Pure vegetarian hotel) near Birla Mandir. 2) Reaching Golkonda fort top will take at-least 2 hours.

There is no proper response nd they are not providing transport facility to airport from the hotel even it’s very near to hotel. If anything we ask or request them they never give proper response to customer. My money hundred percent waste. In Hyderabad so many hotels are there but we selected Novotel because of it is very near to airport. But there is no proper reception there and I never stay there and I should not recommend to any one to stay there
Always when I come to Hyderabad I'll prefer hotel signature, very close to airport and from here to Hitech city for IT hubs just like 20 minutes, staff from signature they just amazing for taking care of safety and security. Truly appreciate and love to come back again and again. My special thanks to reception team for arranging cab and cut fruits for breakfast they packed and given me while catching my flight.
Good location. Great breakfast. Very comfortable, quiet room. Hotel car met us at the airport and the same driver took us to all the sites we wanted to visit in Hyderabad the following day, then dropped us back at the airport for our flight back to the UK. Great service at a very reasonable price. The hotel is very good value too. Gift-wrapped box of chocolates on check-out was a really nice touch.
Everything, it was like coming home. The staff were all wonderful, every one from room boy, kitchen staff front desk without exception. Gita on the front desk excelled, she made me so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. As an older female European solo traveller who has stayed in many hotels in India, I would recommend this hotel which made me feel so comfortable. Thank you to all the staff
Hotel Trident is one of the best hotels in Hyderabad.All the staff are very helpful and courteous and they ensure to make the stay pleasant for the guests.The breakfast spread was sumptuous.We also had lunch buffet which was very tasty.We will like to book Trident again whenever we are in Hyderabad.
This is a cheap lodge in nearby location to the railway station. However area is not so much clean as well as the hotel room, bed sheet too. Maybe not value for money but for one night during transit through Hyderabad is not a bad option, particularly if there is early morning train.
Nothing the staff are very rude, useless, a batch of fake n liars, this hotel dont even deserve INR 500 per day, they lie on Everything, not wake up call, despite requested, lie about transfer to airport, they tried best to make us miss our flight, highly not recommended
