Hell with Oyo. After 28 hours train journey when I reached hotel, the property denied my stay with the confirmed ammount. I called customer care, but no negotiation was made. Rather Oyo felt sorry for the inconveniences. Is it a joke or what!! How can people get a hassle free stay through Oyo? .. I will never recommend anyone.
