I recently had the privilege of staying at Welcome Tower Hotel in Gaya with my parents for the auspicious occasion of Pitra Paksha. To say that our experience was exceptional would be an understatement. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine understanding of our unique situation. Our stay included two separate Air Conditioned rooms, which were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The rooms provided a relaxing and cozy atmosphere, allowing us to unwind after a long day of religious rituals. The highlight of our stay was the last day when our Pitra Paksha pooja extended beyond our initial expectations, causing us to return to the hotel well after the standard check-out time. I cannot express enough gratitude to the property owners, Rahul and Shabaz, who showed immense kindness and empathy. They not only allowed us to stay beyond the check-out time but also waived any additional charges. Their compassion and understanding made a profound impact on us. The hotel's location is excellent, with a Reliance Smart supermarket conveniently situated on the ground floor. Additionally, the presence of various shops in close proximity ensures that you can easily find anything you may need during your stay. I wholeheartedly recommend Welcome Tower Hotel to anyone visiting Gaya. The combination of comfortable rooms, outstanding service, and the genuinely compassionate approach of the owners is a testament to their commitment to guest satisfaction. It is a great property, stay was comfortable except few things that i mentioned in don't like column.

Special thanks to Mr. Saurabh Singh ( I hope I’ve got the surname right) who ensured that I was looked after even after I had checked out and had to wait in the lobby for a few hours for my departure. Great hospitality, Mr. Saurabh and thank you for arranging my transport to the railway station

The staffs are so good and generous. This time when I was about to miss my train .I requested one of them to drop me for the station and he instantly dropped me even at 9 of night . I am really owed to have such place with great staffs
