The hotel exterior and garden are beautiful. There is a nice lounge area also with a library. Looked like a nice place to chill (we did not get the chance due to 1 night stay)
We were upgraded from standard to deluxe room (we highly appreciated)
The room was spacious, quite clean (bedsheets and towels smelled fresh) and comfortable. There were coffee, tea, kettle and also shampoo and showergel.
Breakfast was delicious (omlet, toast, fruits).
Pity we could not try their resturant for dinner as it was closed due to Holy holiday. They recommended us the hotel next door for dinner which was also very nice.
Staff was very welcoming and kind. They served us with welcome drink upon arrival. Was very appreciated

Breakfast was standard and could be better. Ethnic breakfast is priced less than american/ eggs for example, as toast is priced separately; the gardens are huge and would make all the difference if maintained and it is not and was desolate so I checked out.

I was really shocked at how much Bikaner had to offer.
I was really shocked at how much Bikaner had to offer. My stay was too short as I planned a trip to the mouse temple, which is a long drive 30km outside Bikaner. However, the Havelis and the shopping markets in Bikaner were to die for. I didn’t have time. I could have at least stay four days.

Slightly off the beaten track, well worth visiting to see the Hevelli’s, temples and the Maharaja’s palace, the Junagarh Fort and the Royal Cenotaphs. Karni Mata rat temple a short distance outside of the town is also an experience well worth making the trip for.

It is easy to travel through Bikaner.
It is easy to travel through Bikaner. I would suggest to hire an auto and ask for the price of entire day (8hours) and not on an hourly basis. We went out for a bit of shopping of clothes, sweets and namkeens. We also visited bhujia namkeen factory and chunniwala sharbat. We ate at 4 different places yet our favourite was gallops just adjacent to junagarh fort. Avoid using cabs or rented cars as it will increase the travel time and at some places, these cars cannot go.

It's a nice small city to take a break from big city's chaos, only very few places to see like junagarh fort, karni mata temple and lal garh palace. Do stay in Narendra bhawan and do dine in Maharj ganga mahel hotel. It's best combination. Not sure about flights as everyone suggested us to take only train. Better take night train which is superfast and comfortable.
This heritage hotel was just fabulous. The family running it were so hospitable. I felt I was staying with friends. My Maharajah Room was so special, I felt like a King. I just loved the bright colours in the the huge room, which had such a cozy feel. The rest of the home was exceptionally homely and comfortable. A nice touch was the communal dining table which encouraged sociability. Breakfasts were good with western or Indian choices. Evening meals were home cooked, traditional and delicious with beer available if required

We really had an awesome experience staying in saffron guest house. Sandy the guest house owner is a very warm person. The made sure of all the arrangements and was always available whenever we needed He guided us very well with the places to roam, places to explore food, etc. The ambience of the guest house was superb. It was very homely atmosphere which made us feel very relaxed and rejuvenated. This guest house is a must stay in bikaner. 😊😇
Gulam the owner is an outstanding host. He makes you feel welcome and comfortable as soon as you arrive. The property is newly renovated and very clean. Food is available on site and Gulam took the time to show me the old city and the amazing architecture.. I have been traveling throughout India for two months and this guesthouse was the best value. Always a great experience staying at this property. Attention to detail is commendable. It’s totally worth the price you pay. Covid sanitising for both car and luggage is highly appreciated. Everything about this hotel is impeccable. Saurabh Malhotra at front desk was very helpful and a true professional who takes pride in his job which is quite a rarity these days.
Located very close to the Railway Station, the hotel is in a very busy area, but the room I had was absolutely quiet. Furthermore it was very spacious, well-equipped, and clean. Internet was also good. Staff didn't speak much English, but they were friendly and helpful. They even let me check in quite early, which was nice.
I had a very good stay in the guest house. The staff was very attentive, kind and accomodating, which certainly was the best feature of the hotel. They went out of their way to help me.
This place is ideal for travellers or if you need to stay for a few days in Bikaner, especially because of its central position.
Recently I had a chance to stay at Green valley farms while I was traveling from Jaipur to Bikaner. The best part is that it's located just as we enter Bikaner. The huge open lawn, spacious rooms and such a swimming pool 👌👌made my stay an amazing one. The staff is very cooperative and the food is great.Loved it.
