Better than most metros, roads are very wide in general, street food is good, temple town so many religious places to go to, traffic is usually better than rest of the metros I have seen. Auto rickshaws are everywhere. Uber, Ola taxis are in good supply. Hotel prices are reasonable. Local bus(public transport) service could be better but not bad at all. Summers can be hot so travel before March or after August/September, if don't like monsoon in India then travel after October.

Everything from check in to breakfast to check out was terrible. It began with the hotel folks assigning us a room which had a stinking smell that resembled cigarette smoke and dirty public toilet. I had to request the lobby manager to change my room as the room service was adamant on compensating by spraying a room freshener spray. With the bitter experience at the beginning, I had to check the room myself before moving in. Lucky enough, the room was okay. Then the breakfast was okay but the restaurant service was substandard. I had to wait 30mins for a Black Coffee. After battling through the lacklustre breakfast service we went to our room to get ready for check out as we had a flight to catch. Then came another surprise, the hair dryer stopped working after 10 seconds. That left me speechless. Thankfully the check out was approaching soon and we wanted to get out of this terrible do called 4-star property. We had to book two Uber cabs as we had lots of luggage and the hotel didn’t had a big car like Toyota Innova.

We visited Temples, ancient caves and Nandan Kanan Zoo. All are having different flavors and color and we enjoyed all to the fullest extent. We also enjoyed the local cuisines and really enjoyed the local flavors. For getting along the city, many options like bus, taxi, rixas etc are available. We also liked the local Ekamra Haat where we did some shopping of local hand wowed fabric.

Well people can't understand Hindi much but they will catch the word you speak them and guide you also but govt staff speak both Hindi English too
The hotel was a disappointing and the name is totally misleading. Neither the place offer any luxury nor a villa as it says. Worst part is the bathroom, it was tiny little place with very small sink. Only positive aspect was the staff who were courteous and helpful to address our complaints but they would not give us an extra pillow. Please do not be mislead with the photo of the room on the Booking.com website, the photo must have been at least 20 years old! I am equally disappointed with Booking.com three star rating for this hotel.

But the location is very sad, just somewhere completely outside the city. However, this all softens the store right next to the hotel and I mean our store is so European big and not counters with heaps of flies. Supermarket next door. In India this is a rarity.
Compared to many economy hotels in India, I think this place is comfortable for the price we pay and the location is safe as well as convenient. Room service was great, clean rooms and bathrooms. Good linen. And the staff was friendly and supportive. I stayed for five days, but the breakfast was same all the five days but the food taste was fine. I suggest them to improve thier menu.
At this venue, every staff member is outstanding! Their dedication to making your stay comfortable is truly commendable. This hotel stands out as the most remarkable one I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. The building is simply gorgeous, and its beauty only amplifies upon entering. In summary, my interaction with the staff was excellent, and the amenities were truly great.
Hotel is like a mini museum with artifacts across the entire property (every nook and corner is beautifully decorated even though there is a mixed theme to the decoration - Indian, Greek, Thai etc). The executive rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated with large connecting bathrooms. The property has many restaurants (though a bit overpriced for the quality).
Food were excellent. Sincerity was spot on. I forgot my phone inside and realized after check out which was immediately communicated to me and duly returned in time. It really touched me and rest, their courtesy starting from the security to management, was very impressive. Thank you Welcome ITC Bhubaneswar! 👍🙏
