I have spent like an hour to search for the right property, and after went to the location, they said the booking.com as given very low price for them, and they have to give me another room but not same property where are already booked.
one guy came, and he picked me and went to another location And again he asked me for ₹500 extra which I was agreed to pay and paid to the room from the different location, but they were not providing any of the service like what it supposed to be provided as the regular management service.
And sent it was too late. I have decided just to take the sleep and leave has it’s not worth to continue find another place to stay.

Overall stay was good but unfortunately the spa facilites were non operational. Opt for Deluxe room as it is far better than the standard room, that would be our next choice. Proximity to the beach makes it the prime reason to call one back. Excellent property for sea lovers. Sumptious breakfast.

The hotel is in a terrible shape and the.service is even worse. The photos are misleading. Dirty cups and kettle left outside the room by the previous guest was not picked up until many hours after we checked in. The bed linen were dirty and we had to make multiple requests for the sheets to be changed. There was no drinking water given to us despite multiple requests. The room had insects and mosquitoes and no repellent was available. The bathroom taps did not have any water when we arrived around 2:30 pm. There was a lot of noise, doors banging and people shouting in the corridors, the entire night. A total nightmare! Thank goodness we checked out in a day.

A cafe on the road to the beach Dinahs Cafe is a must visit. Excellent value for money and the owners Mary n Pascal are personally attentive to all the customers and also in the kitchen.
Beanaulim beach itself is beautiful, sand, water etc is brilliant.

Stayed for nine days as we were backpacking and needed a litt!e R and R.
Found the roads very busy with drivers and riders going too fast , a few traffic calming measures really need putting in place.
Plenty of places to eat or just have a drink and the beach was always lively at night.
Still budget friendly places to stay if you are prepared to knock on doors and do a bit of walking and haggling.
Favourite places to eat for us were Savios , Roof Top and Johnncys, all turning out great food .

We were in South Goa for 5 days, 3 days at Beleza and 2 days at Azaya. The food at these resorts and other establishments was superb. The beaches are quiet and the sunsets are perfect. We were told by those who had stayed in North Goa and then stayed in South Goa would now only stay in South Goa going forward as the beaches were quieter.

There are many restaurants within a few minutes walk serving a variety of cuisines, Indian, Thai, Italian, continental. The price of eating out with a drink is about a quarter of UK prices. Beer about £1.50, Run £2.20 for .75Lrt bottle. Several supermarkets and Wine Shops to get food & drink to consume in the apartment. Tuk Tuk ride to the beach about £1,10. On the beach the sun beds are free if you buy drink and food from their shack.
Excellent location. Spacious room with all amenities. Very well designed in Greek minimalistic style. Well maintained property with beautiful gardens, lawns and wide sea front. This along with a very friendly, caring and professional staff.
A awesome sea front glass lounge with a sun deck which was best for me to relax with some foot massage during the day. Ordered lunch from their a la carte menu which was very good. The people here really take pride in their property and service. A definite gem in Goa ! Will come back again !
Property was super clean, Sam (host) arrived at the property before us and switched on the AC for us. He was very gentle and kind. On the last day of our checkout he didn't bother to disturb us, he simply asked me to handover the keys to the gate keeper.
Property is located near the Benaulim beach. Hardly 10 minutes of walk. Garden view. All the amenities in working condition.
After staying here I didn't like any other stay in Goa. I would be coming over to Sam's place whenever am coming to Goa.

Villa had every single amenities what a family may need on the trip ..I was traveling with 1 year old kid and we did not face any challenge at all,Felt like home away from home .Ms . Arlene guided us well and she was just a phone call away to assist us Thank you Ms. Arlene.. will definitely be in touch and will stay there whenever visiting Goa also will recommend it to friends and families .. It was better than a five star hotel.
I loved the property. Genuine caring staff specially SAM made our trip exceptionally memorable. He was always there with a smiling face for any help event late night or early morning. We felt home away from home in this property. We’ve got Coastal Suites forever in hearts and well assured whenever we visit Goa this will be our go to place in a heartbeat ♥️ thank you for your hospitality we have left with a wonderful trip and memories to be cherished all our life.
Not a single thing.. we booked for beach side huts but ended up in the owner's trashy guesthouse with bedbugs, insects, no flush and no hygiene. When asked about the reservation the owner kept yelling at me about how booking.com confirmation does not guarantee a reservation. The worst experience I had in Goa. We had to pay 1000 rs and choose the guest house as we had no other options to stay the night. I would not recommend this place.
Very strategically located, near to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The property itself is very beautiful with greenery all around, coastal setting yet modern. Humble staff and amenities. We visited on spring so it was all lush green and colorful blooms all across. The birds will wake u up in the morning and if you are lucky can spot some wetland birds too . Peaceful ambience

A home in Goa, no words to describe. We enjoyed the stay. Very neat and clean accomodation with all facilities. Very humble and kind guest House Owner. Easily reachable to food and transportation. Everything was in 5 minutes walking distance. You can have state transport bus in every 5 minutes and visit whole goa from there. It is fixed that whenever we plan a trip to Goa, we will stay in this guest House for sure.
We booked two executive rooms and they were very very comfortable , huge in size , clean , wonderful beds , food was awesome 👍. And the most amazing thing about this property is their wonderful staffs . They are always there for you with a smiling face. The hotel is located close to Benaulim beach like 10 mins in drive .. really enjoyed the stay over here . They also helped to arrange airport drop late night

The location is just perfect, near the Trinity beach, which is not too crowded, benaulim beach is just 2KM, the area is so much greenery, just the love the place, the resort is well maintained, with all necessary facilities like parking, dining, pool, staffs are well supportive.
Beautiful room in Benaulim- everything was clean and comfortable. Naythen & Chantelle are the best hosts! They’re so friendly and helpful. The beach is a 15 min walk away and there are cafes/restaurants nearby. I recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in south Goa.
