All was ok except 2 things -
1. The main shutter or the opening door to hotel is closed at 12 AM and people have to ring the bell to get in, serious hazard issue.
2. Internet/wifi does not work

Firstly they are not giving importance of for the customers...
Firstly they are not giving importance of for the customers booked their room through booking.com.
Secondly I reached there at 3p.m & they are telling we have given the room to other customer as you have not reached here in your given time 12pm to 1pm where as payment was made in full in advance. It was too difficult to find the location, hence delayed.
Lastly they are not able to provide a cup of tea, think about break fast is so far.
Finally, we left the OYO at 7a.m morning without a cup of tea.
