Owner attended check-in at 10pm. Very Clean and appearance was same as in pictures. Close to Hospitals, D mart mall and access from Mumbay highway max 100 meter. I had breakfast of my like however Tea packets + milk & jam & bread was in kitchen fridge. Kuchen was full of utensils.

I reached this booked hotel at noon time showed all your emails sent to me regarding confirmation of the room but the attendent told me that no booking with the said id reference and name has been booked. I had to undergo lot and of physical and mental harassment after travelling to be treated in this manner because of your unprofessional service. Please arrange refund of my money with damages.
