The room was not very big but it had a large double bed and the airconditioner worked fine. The attached bathroom was reasonably clean and there were no cockroaches, ants or other crawling insects. The owner, Chetan, was very polite and courteous and so was his famiy and staff. I was made very comfortable and enjoyed my stay. It was good value for the tariff charged.

Places like purple martini and Thalassa nearby. Casa de Mor is close to many popular pubs and restaurants and the flea market Restaurants like Vinayak and Anand were a foodies delight Artjuna had superb continental and Mediterranean cuisine. Anjuna is easy to travel around but taxis are expensive

The area is far from any civilization, so if that's your jam, you'll like it. There's a hostel across the street where you can find a few people playing pool or chess. It takes a taxi ride ($2k to $3k INR) to go on any day trip. Overall, it was an "okay" experience, but I should have stayed at a better hotel (for more money).

Anjuna beach was about 3.5 km from our hotel. It was overcrowded and quite dirty. The flea market is good if you can bargain well.
To get around it is advisable to rent a bike or car. However, a bike is preferable as the roads are narrow.

If you’re into the sports bar thing , Bobby’s Fat Fish is good , with a very good fish thali .
But the many small stalls , and the large liquor outlets really detract from the small town’s appearance I think , it’s hard to find a little tea shop , serving fresh samosas and chai .
But the worst thing for me , is the abundance of techno music , blaring out from empty places , like there’s a dance party on every corner .

Anjuna is a great and relatively central location in North Goa. Calangute/ Baga and Siolim were both only 5-6 kms away from Anjuna. Making the overall internal travel much cheaper. Unless all places on your list are in Baga, I strongly suggest living in Anjuna instead. Vagator and Ozran Beach and all their beach side restaurants are only 2 kms away. Definitely try Bacchu's for their coffees and Lush by the cliff for the seaview sundowner.
The staffs were really really sweet to me.. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Location is near to Anjuna Beach and party places like Curlies and Shiva Valley. Breakfast was really good and felt like home. Would definitely be visiting next time.proximity to the beach, Maneger Abhishek and Samrat, Owner divya and Sandip & all craft members is really helpful,they will suggest you places to eat party, visit and have a good time in goa please keep doing same for fellow travellers.the pet doggy (biscuit)are really cute,I love him😌❤️
I was there with my sister for 2 nights and since we were looking for a good decent and safer hotel, we thought of this resort. The location makes it perfect as all the beautiful and renowned cafes are just 5 to 10 mins away. You get everything just outside the hotel. The Staff is very polite. They arranged the bikes for us at a reasonable rate. The manager at the reception was very humble.
In all, we had a great time and next time I visit Goa, I will definitely stay in the same property.
There is an instant WOW factor from the moment you walk in the door! The hotel's facilities are brilliant, from the pool, the gym, the spa - everything was excellent. The breakfast is also delicious, with a great selection to choose from. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly - someone in the restaurant told us of the free shuttle service to the nearby beaches which we used a few times. The food in the Market Restaurant was outstanding also.
This is very beautiful and stylish old Portuguese villa. If you visit Goa first time you should stay here in historical place and to feel the atmosphere! There is big beautiful swimming pool and nice big garden. The hotel team are really great, special thanks to Betina Faria, she helped me with all my need and she is very kind and professional! We begins friends! For sure I’ll come back and I’ll recommend this place to all my friends!
The property was very clean and spacious. Great stay. Very friendly staff and good service. Swimming pool was also clean. 3 bhk apartment. Kitchen facilities were also available. The staff helped us in renting scooties and also met few of our other requirements as well. Very close to Anjuna beach. Very clean place and really good staff. The place looks exactly like the photos on the website. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were very attentive and responsible. The location is ideal and walkable distance from beach and flea market. The host is super helpful. One of the best host I ever had. And last but not least, the food was so good and the best price you get in Goa
This was my second stay within 10 days after hopping around different hostels in Goa. The energy of this place is really unique, and a fun relaxed vibe. I really found myself in there.
Regarding the usual check-lists it has them all: clean bathroom & rooms, comfy beds, proper good food, super friendly staff and perfect location a few mins away from both sides of Anjuna beach.
The staff at the hotel were very fun and kind. They were helpful at all times and were also very social, it was fun to sit down with them and learn more about Goa. The private rooms are comfortable and the bar at the entrance was great, we had some nice cocktails and beers.
The place is well situated near the Curlies shack and is a stones throw from Anjuna beach.
You can go for a morning swim and have the whole beach to yourself.
The property itself is very beautiful gives a Tropical vibe.
