It's a small coastal hamlet.
It's a small coastal hamlet. You must try the local cuisine at joints in the town like Salman among others.
The beach is OK. Kashid beach, which is further south (~35km) is a better whiite sand beach
Its a nice place to unwind over the weekend. The Ro-Ro ferry ride from Mumbai is much recommended!

Beach to chill and enjoy. The water is not too clear and beach is a little crowded on weekends. But must for first timers. You can have a nice evening stroll and eat at stalls nearby. Colaba fort is just 10mins walk after a low tide in the evening. Varsoli beach is much cleaner and has a wider horizon to enjoy with a nice green trees view. Enjoy sunset there. It's hardly 15mins by auto from Alibaug Beach.

The Deli is great place for food near Chondi bazaar. Terra by Sorentina is a good place too to visit for food.
Restaurants by Flambyont- Fountain sizzler & boardwalk both are excellent joints for delicious food.
The staff at the restaurants was very good! Engaged with our 2.5 year old son. Helped us pack food for him. The dinner buffer spread was very good and the breakfast was okay as well. The staff behaviour in general was very cordial. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, well lit and the room service was quick. These are good facilities like the pool, mango deck, piano room, club car, cycles etc.The overall experience was very good for us! Allowed us late checkout as well. Thank you team Radisson Alibaug.
The resort is well maintained and looks beautiful especially in the evening with the fairy lights. The staff is courtious, helpful and prompt. Food is very good. The beach clean and peacful is just 2 minutes walk from the resort.They have a pair of a hen and a rooster. The only thing that I did not like is the roster would go crowing "cock-a-doodle-do" at 03.30 in the morning and that really disturbed my sleep. Onthe whole a very pleasant stay.
Very calm, peaceful place, gorgeous view of the sea, well maintained property. The caretaker is very prompt and is very helpful. All services including wifi, breakfast, etc. are available. There is plenty of space out front for a walk. Excellent choice for people looking to getaway from the city. However, do note that this property is not on a commercial/ tourist beach - Awas beach is 15 mins away, and alibaug beach is 30 -40 mins away.
Ambience of the place is amazing, it's so close to the beach and the whole place is maintained beautifully loved the stay, the caretaker was very active and friendly, They also served delicious homemade sea food throughout our stay. Connectivity is amazing the place is secluded from the main city making it very peaceful yet very close to the city so we have everything we need at a 5 mins drive, ,loved the stay amazing experience.
Located in middle of the nature . The most amazing place and location to stay near alibagh.. Location is away from the city and you can find peace at Windchime Cottage. Food is just amazing , specially the sea food. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at Wind Chime cottages. A must visit place.

My stay at Acons Palm Beach was so peaceful. You enter the place and it feels calm. I loved how big the apartment was. But most of all I enjoyed the big gaming area they have. Varsoli beach and Alibaug beach are also pretty close by.
Good location n clean. Staff is good and helpful. They made sure to take care of your request so that was a good part. Once they start with meals I guess it will be the next best spot in alibaug. Good place to hang with friends.
