We received an upgrade: A spacious, styly and modern room for the three of us, nice bathroom with window, great look from every bed on the sea, with panorama window, very friendly staff, the modern aircon operated witithout any noise. Free parking in the yard of the hotel, shady, so your car does not get hot ... Plus: a fridge in the room, nearby 24 hrs shopping and a great beach with fitness parc and playing ground, nice cafés - all at your doorstep. We spent a wonderful time there. And we highly recommend it, to singles, couples as well as families.

The place is mentioned "ON THE BEACH" but there's no beach view!! . It's a spa and is enclosed like a capsule so one can't see the view. I believe it's a crucial fact to write bcz when ppl look for a place on the beach , about 100% of them expect a view or am I too much?? What a disappointment. I hope I will get rembursed

I loved the coastline where you can walk along the beach for long-long time. You can swim too if you wish. Sunsets are buitiful.
There are many restaurants along the coast, although they are very expensive (Overall, Israel is a very expensive country).

It ia bout 20 miniutes drive to reach the main city center and the main beach areas. also if need to be pciked up for city tours. this means extra taxi fare also.

It was easy to get to Bat Yam By bus or you could take a taxi it was 250 shekels to the airport at two in the morning when we Waved down a taxi it was about a 10 minute walk to the beach it was very beautiful and there were many restaurants we ate at a very nice restaurant for about an eighth to much for about 200 shekels it wasn’t a high-end hotel but it was worth the money and it was a very beautiful location plenty of places to buy groceries I would recommend the place

Bat Yam is a changing community, quickly trying to gentrify and it mixes a lot of different cultures in a small community. The highlight is the beach, which includes a rock shelter that reduces the waves in one area to make it family friendly. It is convenient to get to Tel Aviv/Jaffa without the high prices. In my eyes, it is not a destination, but a great jump off for exploring south, without the heavy traffic of Tel Aviv. The small bakeries and shops are better than the large chain stores. It is easy to stroll the main road and find everything you need. In ten years, Bat Yam will be a very chic location, just watch!!

The place is not ideal for a traveler who wants to sightsee. It is far from the Center and and in a very run down part of the outskirts of Tel Aviv. The taxi ride is about 30 minutes to the center, there is no restaurants, cafes or beach within walking distance from were we stayed. This a place were you want o stay if you have a vehicle to move around and just need a cheap place to crash for the night.
clean when I arrived as it is not a hotel and should not be described as such. At no point during the week did anyone come in to clean all of the fresh towels and toilet roll I had to ask for them on one occasion I ran out completely and had to ask another room for some. There was never read one really around to ask for help although they were very responsive via WhatsApp. The location of the hotel is very convenient for the beach.
The apartment is close to the beach, takes few minutes to go there. It is very easy to check-in ,check-out. Communication with the host was very good. The apartment has everything you need for stay and to cook. It has a great refrigerator. Bathroom is very nice. Also the bedroom. It was nicely cleaned.
I definitely recommend the place for staying, if we come back, I would stay again in this apartment.
Great apartment in a good location - 2 minutes to a good beach and near the bus route into Tel Aviv.
However, as with much of Tel Aviv, Bat Yam and Israel generally, the area is a little bit scruffy and run-down. Shiny new blocks are being built, but tourist infrastructure is lagging behind - yet everything except public transport is very expensive.
Clean. New. Amazingly equipped full kitchen. Quiet. Everything works as it suppose to work. Staff is friendly and helpful. Supermarket is just behind the corner, light train line to Tel Aviv-Yaffo just 5 minutes of walking distance. Not a sea front, but same 5 minutes of walking. Descent availability for parking. Just positive impression. Relaxing stay
Very nice and spacious place, great view, very clean, close to the beach, and nice modern interior. Very friendly owner, very good communication, she was always available for questions and additional requests. We staid in many places in Bat Yam before for weekends and this was the best so far.
Southern end of Tel Aviv however bus stop close by with frequent services to all parts of the city and local rail stations. Likewise, plenty of taxis available.
The aparthotel is new, very clean, all the in room facilities are there plus the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The staff and management are awful, we didn't like the hotel, it's looks much worst comparing to the pictures. we didn't want to check it, and pay only for 1st night, common practice in such cases but they refused to refund anything. I'll fill out the complain
Walking distance from Bat Yam promenade. The apartment is quiet and has everything for a nice stay, such as A/C, shower,, microwave/electric range, washer, comfortable 2 beds, towels, TV, dinnerware/cookware, etc.
The owner is very nice guy.
The apartments are very good. The owner , or it was his assistant, is very helpful, all our requests were fulfilled quickly.
The bathroom is comfortable and big enough . The street is pritty quite and to the sea no more than 500 m.
