Fan was our guide during the visit of Tangkoko. He was amazing, could see everything! He had a telescope to see animals far away that was really helpful and allowed us to do great picture! We've done the full day visit (6am to 6pm) and that was amazing!
The only recommendation is to bring snorkeling equipment for the lunch break (around 2h), which is located on an amazing beach with corals, as we were so frustrated to not have bring mask and scuba :)

Perfect Homestay with friendly people and good food. We did also two Tours with the owner and he took a Lot of time to Guide us around the forest. We feel quite Happy about that, because we left the typical Tourist Route in the Jungle and did Not Stick with the Other groups to all gather around the Monkeys at the Same time... We ended Up being all by ourselves in the middle of the Jungle (quite far from the main paths) and we were lucky to observe three kuskus for quite some while. We also saw a hornbill from close and the Monkeys.
We can absolutely recommend doing a Tour with the owner of this Homestay. Thanks a Lot!
