It was our second time here and everything was great, the front desk staff was professional ( 2 minutes check in /out), the pools and wellness areas well maintained, the food delicoius, the atmosphere in the lobby relaxing ( there was a pianist who played and a local artisan who painted). I loved the size and design of the room! the balcony was spacious as well. The hotel is very well organised. We will come again!

"Private" access to the spa (with thermal pool tickets included) brings many advantages, we particularly enjoyed moving back and forth between the accommodation and the spa in our bathrobes. There's nothing to fault about the quality of accommodation, everything worked perfectly, from the comfortable beds to the privacy provided by the mature living hedges, kitchen amenities, personalized heating in the facility, and on-site parking... We truly had a great stay.

The garden with all its flowers. The fact that it was cosy and quiet. I felt like I was into a museum or to a famous old house Oxford lecturer.

We liked Monika very much despite the fact that she didn't understand English, we used Google translation and it was alright.
The check in was quick and easy.

It is hard to write anything good about my experiance with this hotel, please check the negatiwe I put below:
This is a line oh Hotels, where noone speaks english, german or any other language rather than Hungarian.
I had to use translator and still they gave us the dirty used unprepared rooms and in the morning told us, that this is not the hotel and the one thay gave us the rooms in is more expensive. Than charged my booking card without any authorisation.
Fortunately I have reported everything to Booking and bank, so the money was returned.
I strongly reccomend not to book there, as the stuff is very unproffessional and do not answer calls and don't keep word given. I was the one who wanted to solve the problem, thay only wanted money and nothing else.
First time in my huge traveling carrier situation like this.

Excellent staff and communication. Very clean. Good air-conditioning and screens on all windows and doors so you can let fresh air in.
The children loved the Harry Potter theme.
The pool was perfect for the kids and had a view from our room or plenty of seating by the pool.
The town itself is a small holiday town so there wasn't much else there. We used this location as a stopover on our way back to Budapest which worked well.
It is a budget hotel, but perfect for us.
When we arrived, we didn't have air-conditioning, but the stuff was super kind and let us choose another room with air-conditioning!
It is a fair sized room, clean! Shared kitchen can be found on all levels of the hotel.
This Hotel is in Mezőkövesd one of the best, the cost is reasonable compared to quality and service, several meters from the SPA, it has professional staff, and all in all, it provides a 100% pleasant relaxation guarantee indeed.
the baths are 5 min walk, at the end of the street, in the hotel there is a shared large jacuzzi, easy to control and can be used by up to six people at once, rooms are good size and clean, there is gated parking.
