Villa Sandi, located near Rijeka, Croatia, is easily one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The entire place is beautifully decorated in soft lavender hues, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance without feeling overwhelming. The breakfast selection was outstanding — with so many delicious options, including the most amazing scrambled eggs and flavorful coffee. And let me not forget the incredible donuts and strudel that tasted just like homemade, reminding me of my grandmother’s kitchen. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the rooms were spotless and well-maintained, making our stay even more comfortable. The staff at the reception was extremely polite and attentive, always making us feel welcome. Villa Sandi will forever remind me of lavender, especially because of the thoughtful lavender gift they gave me, which was such a lovely gesture.

Basic accommodation walking distance to the old town. Paid parking at the back of the building, with charges starting at 7;30am (from memory). Accommodation was on top floor of the building; the stair were an easy ascent/decent, however there was no lift...that didn't bother us, but want to bring it to the attention of others as it may be an issue with bags. Communication with the owner via text; they answered quickly and completely which we appreciated.
