There where around 10 mosquitoes in the room, my child had 5 bites on the face when we woke up. Rooms where outdated and a bit dirty. Staff was however friendly.

This lovely, family-run hotel/restaurant is in the perfect location right on the water with a marvelous view and a truly exceptional kitchen (the chef is the owner). Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

We had such a lovely time staying at Miramare Hotel! Our room was lovely with great facilities, toiletries etc. We used the pool lots which wasn't too crowded and as we're not really sea-swimmers it was a real luxury to have.
The food at the hotel's restaurant was beautiful, really exceeded our expectations as we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet and our evening meals in the restaurant were some of our favourites of the whole trip. You can tell there's some real heart gone into this place and every detail was thought through - the staff were knowledgeable about their food, their wines, and the local area.
The location was great for us, too - just a short walk along the gorgeous beaches and seafront into the Old Town, this walk to-and-fro was one of our trip highlights as the scenery is so beautiful. We are usually budget travellers who choose the cheapest hotels or stay in an AirBnb, but on this occasion we spent a little more on our hotel for luxuries such as the pool, and it was 100% worth it. We usually spend very little time in our accommodation on holiday, but this was a hotel we never wanted to leave. We would definitely come back!
