Very nice, vintage building, with intentionaly preserved original details, preserving spirit and local heritage, very rich with history. On the other hand, the rooms are furbished in modern, simplistic and functional, clean, very comfortable style. We stayed in the Triple room and the room is probably one of very few in the Veli Lošinj that has balcony panoramic view to the sea and the port. At a very afordable price considering other, smaller but much more expensive acomodations nearby. We had our own complete peace and quiet. The comfort of the room and of beds was excepcional! With modern utilities and air conditioning, our stay was very comfortable. Very polite and friendly staff! All recomendations, we are definetly coming back!

One might say that the ratings I gave are excessively good and an exaggeration and for 5 star hotel it well might be. But given this is not a 5 star hotel, not even 4 star, what I have experienced staying there was just exceptional. Starting from the staff that are always welcoming and pleasant, to perfect location and comfortable spaces, simply decorated but with taste.
In short, I liked everything. The town and surroundings are also amazing and in fact my primary reason for coming. However, now I will have additional reason to come.

Parking access is not as Google Maps sees this - follow instructions of the landlords - access road is close to tennis court. The driveway to the facility itself is very steep - it is better to get out of the car, familiarize yourself with the maneuver and drive down and up without passengers (after unloading our luggage, we used to park in the upper parking lot).

This was one of the funniest arrivals I've had in a while. No real contact beforehand and I saw mostly closed shutters as I approached, but fortunately there was staff and one other guest! Yet, the place convinces right away for its view and location. High-season right in the middle of the old town, what do you want for this price.
You simply go down the few steps into Veli Losinj or go for a stroll along the costal foot path.
Staff is really friendly and flexible and do their best to make you feel at home.
In summer, the hotel is used for big groups (school kids), so that's the vibe of the accommodation.

Beautiful location, quiet, secluded, very few tents/houses, so absolutely not overcrowded. Great beach with umbrellas and beds for free and only for guests. Dogs allowed on the beach too. With taxi boat you can get to the next island for restaurants and shops.

It is a very good village, clean, excellent frame of mind, small, but full with nice restaurants, coffees, drink bars, etc. For me is much sympathic, as Mali Losinj and its harbour.
Punta Restaurant, specially its terrace and in Veli Losinj the small fisher's harbour with the beautifull church.

Veli Lošinj is one of the most beautiful little towns with all its small alleys and the harbour. It has such a great view of the ocean and the best sunrise in the mornings! Along with really great food that you get pretty much in every restaurant in the harbour and lovely people everywhere, this town is like a small paradise.

Charming hotel with beautiful rooms, super delicious breakfast, very pleasant owner, who is also a chef, who easily surprises you with innovative and tasty dishes, lovely gin tonics and above all with generous attitude.
The island is amazing beautiful, green, peaceful, not expensive, truly nice. we will come back next year ....

A place where I go every year, for almost 50 years. I would definitely recommend to stay at Punta Hotel or Apartments. There are two outdoor pools, one has a bar in it, there is a lot of activities organised for children, a nice 3km walk from Veli to Mali Lošinj, nice walking paths in Veli; and for food/drinks, I would recommend Marina and Mol

Great place for outdoor geeks - lovely forest and trails around the whole island. Veli Lošinj is a quiet little town, with good food in Rovenska port (Bora Bar, we love you!!), you can really relax there. Very clean sea, always a bit of breeze so it does not get too hot.
The apartments were very clean, the staff was extremely nice. Location was great, we got an apartment with a sea view. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The food was so good, especially breakfast was amazing. If you're vegan or have food allergies, you will be quite happy here. The restaurant has a lovely terrace with a sea view and we've enjoyed that a lot. The saunas are also nice.
Perfect location in the center of Veli Lošinj. The room is comfortable and the hosts are very kind, genuinely welcoming and warm people. The highlight of our trip was the terrace, we could stay there for most of the day as we enjoyed it so much, it has the best view of the tower.
