The property is pretty private even though there is a direct access from the shopping mall to the reception and hotel restaurants. There is a separate lift lobby at the reception level to access guest rooms. Also, there is a separate lift on the guest room floors to access the gym and swimming pool without meeting non-hotel guests in the lift. I love the Malin+Goetz toiletries.
The Pavilion bar is very nice and perfect for sunset drinks before dinner.
The staff are professional and polite.

They provide airport shuttles, the staff were very nice. I arrived very late after having a cancelled flight, so went straight to my room and straight to bed, the beds were very comfortable and there was a pool that I wish I had time to swim in.
