The rooms were spacious and with good lighting. We had a smart TV in the living room where we could watch Netflix. The breakfast was very good (different items every day) and we had room service available as well as the possibility to select dining options. The hotel staff was always prepared to accommodate our stay, very informative, and always prepared to organize activities for us.

The staff are exceptional especially Elena and Olga on reception whose friendly, pleasant attitude made us feel really welcome. The room was very spacious and we had a big, well equipped bathroom. We like this place so much that we had to stay here again. All staff made us feel at home and as part of the family. The all-inclusive package was great value for money. Loved the onsite free parking. A good out-of-the-way place that was a short drive out of Heraklion. Great pool with heaps of lounges. Two bars manned most of the time and two restaurants with good times for meals. The room was a good size with a lovely shower and a nice balcony to relax in. It was almost off-season so they upgraded us to a new room that was wow. We also discovered a second massively landscaped pool that was very private and had a third bar operating during the day.
