The view is really nice! Big parking in front of the hotel. Fun swimming pool, billard, table tennis. There is a restaurant serving food - ok for eating one or two lunches during longer stays. Rooms clean, there is an AC. Close to the beaches with kitesurfing schools!

The hotel is very nice and the room quite welcoming. The staff helped us with everything we needed and there could be small improvements. The breakfast or lunch or dinner buffet could have more options. It is a hotel located outside of town, it could offer a larger buffet. You have to be careful with GPS. There is a paved road on which you can reach the hotel. Usually the GPS will take you to the field, an off-road road where it is not driveable, especially with a small car.

The staff were extremely friendly, the rules were relaxed (pool open 24hr) and we enjoyed the peaceful location. We got a great price so did not expect too much - the food was tasty but same most days and mostly cold, even at the start of meal times but definitely something for everyone and the salads were deliciously flavoured. Beds were also clean and comfy and cleaned again on day 3 - this suited us! There was also a lot of wildlife around due to the hotel being set back in the wilderness - if you hate bugs then don't go, but we enjoyed the visitors to our balcony 😀

The stay in beach village was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. We were planning to stay there for our last night on Rhodes island and it was perfect, the glamping was beautiful, breakfast like in 5 star hotel and amazing people, they even offered us to stay till we have to go to the airport so we spend there whole day and enjoyed nice relaxing day by the see and by the pool, even rented paddle boards, it was perfect, thank you very much.

Stayed one night prior to flying back, loads of kite surfing to watch but not a nice beach to look at. Pebbles and a lot of litter.
Location is great for airport and staff at the Summerview Hotel were super friendly and helpful.

Farma ostrich farm was a surprise highlight. Aside from the delightful beachfront kiosk at theologos kitesurfing centre. The restaurants in the area are cheap, yummy and nearby. The local supermarkets are handy and fun to explore. I loved this part of my trip the most.

Really didn’t see much of it. What I did see seemed to be a bunch of small hotels off a main road. If there was a village centre, I missed it but I was only there for one night. If you are in to kite-surfing, looked a great coastline with good wind and with rental facilities

Kitesurf spot, no sandy beach only stones, swimming not really possible, view on the chimney of a local power station. The village is very small, not very caractheristic. Less crowded that Rhodes thought.

A great small area in Rhodes, if you want to just chill out get a tan and take parts in some water sports its a great place. I hired a car and travelled the Island as there is so much more that Rhodes can offer with everything a Holiday wants

Good place to live but make sure to choose a good hotel, that is clean and pleasant to be in. You'll have to rent a car to do any sight seeing but renting a car in Rhodes is almost mandatory to have a good time.
It's a great place to be.Annabel is very friendly and the apartment was exactly what we saw on photos.Just perfect ,I love so much the fact
that we could go just a few meters from the house to the sea and watch the waves..we had a photo with Annabel and my girls treasure the flowers she gave them.We will definitely visit again.she was very helpful,we try to understand each other in our own way regarding the language barrier. I recommend Annabel Apartments to anybody planning to visit Rhodes.
the accommodation is excellent, spacious inside and out and very well equipped
Apart from one nearby hotel with a nobody animation programme, it's a lovely quiet area, you can see the beach from the terrace and its a very short walk away. right next door is the lovely Marposa restaurant with very helpful staff. if you're onto kite surfing, the title is spot on: kite surfers paradise as the beach so close by is the kite surf station. Nice beach cafe bar there with sunloungers, beds and a pool
I believe that this place is a family business as the staff was this lady with her son and supposedly husband, who were super friendly, warm and helpful! at first we had some issues with the toilet flush and the husband got it fixed right away although it was late Friday evening. The lady recommended us places to visit and gave tips of what is worth or not. There is a huge free parking lot outside the hotel, therefore easy to access with the car. Also, breakfast included into the fare.
The location is great place. The staff of workers are very nice - as they fulfill us needs, wants and wishes. We are deaf people, and they respect us and support us to get well and happy in hotel. The room are beautiful, also view are so nice. Also breakfast tastes so well - lunch and dinner also so good offer. The kitesurfing opposite are one of the best place for kitesurfing. Pool is very clean also cozy place for swimming.
Very friendly, family run hotel and restaurant. Thw owner greeted me and then showed me up to my room. Her sister is the chef and even though it was 2 p.m., I had lunch. Lunch was the fresh mushroom ravoli with herbs from their garden. My driver cancelled my taxi and the owner had the number of a local taxi company and arranged for one to collect me at a.m. They really went out of their way!
The staff especially Katerina is the highlight of this hotel. She took care of all the problems I had (and I had many). The location on the hill makes it ideal for some sunrise/sunset viewing and the beach is barely 10-12 mins walk across the road. The hotel is away from the crowds of Rhodos town and the facility is kept clean. I especially enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the pool area.
-The hotel wasn’t too big, which I personally love, so the pool area wasn’t too crowded and there always were a few free sun beds.
-Our room (upgraded to a superior room)was really really nice and clean with a great view overseeing the ocean and pool area.
-The staff (day and night shift) were always very friendly and obligingly

The hotel and room were very clean. The staff were amazing and very helpful. I would especially like to thank George for the great recommendations he gave us on restaurants. The breakfast was lovely, and there were so many choices available. Finally, the pool and the outdoor area were also amazing. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel and would definitely recommend it!
We had to book the hotel last minute after our flights were cancelled l. They were extremely accommodating helping us book taxis to the airport at 4am. They couldn’t have done more for us, so nice and welcoming and helping to take the stress out of a difficult situation.
We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Simple rooms but with all you need for a good stay. A basic and good breakfast. The beach is around 1km from the hotel, so you can walk and also to enjoy the nature.

Thank you for having us! We had such a wonderful time! The property is located 100m from the lovely Theologos beach for kitesurfing and downstairs the hotel has it’s own restaurant « Mariposa », everything was just perfect!
Everything was amazing. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful. They invited us to the Greek night at their other hotel where all of the staff was just as amazing.
Small, pleasant and friendly. Perfect for an overnight stay before heading out to the islands. Position of the hotel means you get the sunset. Also you’re away from the main road so no road noise. Dinner was fine.
