If you want a special experience go to Skopolos. We arrived by ferry from Skiathos which is only 1 hour and 14 euros each. Visually the town is special from the sea and is very friendly and full of nice bars and restauraunts but is also very chilled. Prices are sensible.

Very wide choice of restaurants and bars, but not all open when we visted at end of September when everything was begining to shut down. There is no real beach in the town so transport is requred, local buses are good but services reduce in September. Lots of steep slopes and steps so not ideal for less mobile. The town has very much the feel of a place that has been taken over by tourism. Plenty of trips to visit parts of the island and other islands.

Lovely island with a lovely port with many shops and restaurants. Extremely safe and it has a lovely vibe about it. We took a Mamma Mia tour which was inexpensive and a great way to see some of the main sites around the island and visit some lively beaches. It is very mountainous and the roads are not for those afraid of heights. Skopelos town is definitely the best place to stay

Picture-perfect Greek town, totally unspoilt, with some amazing bars and restaurants. Great for all ages and tastes, and the whole island is easy to get around on the local bus. Some stunning beaches to visit, a definite must-visit Island.
The property was absolutely amazing! The port views from the hotel are incredible! Magna and George manage the property and we can not thank them enough for all they did for us! They helped us rent a car and also helped us with our ferry tickets. They are so sweet and give great recommendations for places to eat and travel to! The rooms and property are clean, comfortable and spacious! I can not recommend this property more!!! It’s everything we wanted and more when staying on the beautiful island of Skopelos!
This is the best location to explore Skopelos Town! We loved staying at Casa Naturale. The location is perfect! Just a 2 minute walk to best bakery, taxi's and buses, and the port. We could walk out our door and explore the beautiful streets of Skopelos, enjoying shopping and restaurants. The bus was easy to reach beaches, although you may need a tour or rental car to see Mama Mia church. The host gave us a list of really good restaurants and we loved all of them!
We had a little view of the port of Skopelos Town and it was beautiful :) the building itself was lovely. Lots of charm and had a "homey" feel which was very nice. Location was great! Very close to shopping and restaurants as well as everything that Skopelos town has to offer. We were able to walk from the port where we arrived on a ferry easily with our luggage. The owner was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed out time.
The property had an amazing view of Skopelos town and the harbor. The owner Maria is one of the nicest people that embellishes the true nature of Greek hospitality. She upgraded my room to the view of the harbor. They offer you a ride to and from the port when you arrive and leave. This is the only hotel for you to consider when going to Skopelos.
My arrival at the hotel was a breeze. The fast check-in process was a pleasant surprise, and the reception staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Their warm welcome set the tone for a memorable stay. It's these little gestures that make a big difference in the overall experience.
The location of the hotel is good. Not in town, but away from the noise and an easy 10 min walk away. The room was a nice size and clean. It had a balcony overlooking the pool and hills. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful with lots to choose from.
The hotel has an excellent location as it is very close to the port and the Skopelos town which has many amenities. You can easily go by foot in 5-10 minutes. The hotel has parking which is big advantage as it is difficult to find a parking slot. Polite staff and nice breakfast.
Maria runs a lovely hotel with a fabulous view over Skopelos Town. Not only that, there is a swimming pool, a rare commodity on the island and a lovely place to relax in the quiet.
The best part of the whole stay was Maria herself. A fabulous host who really took care of us.
Hotel had a great and amazing restaurant which offered us a mouthwatering selection of local and international dishes. After dinner, I would unwind at the well-stocked hotel bar. The food and drinks were top-notch, making my stay even more memorable. Recommended to all!
Amalia Hotels was great! Great location, not far from the port, Skopelos town or the bus stop to Skopelos' amazing beaches. The hotel itself is well built, and the staff very friendly and helpful. If I ever come to Skopelos' again, I will choose Amalia Hotel.
Lovely hotel. The room was amazing, we opted for a deluxe suite. The staff were incredible. From the minute we arrived until the minute we left they literally can’t do enough for you. The manager, bar staff and reception all so friendly and welcoming.
All the facilities and the room were very clean. The staff is very kind and always ready to help. The hotel has a large yard where you can have your breakfast in the morning but also it’s an area where you can relax the during the day.
Lovely little hotel booked last minute to visit the Island from Skiathos. Nice staff. Great value for money. Close to the ferry. Perfect for a quick visit to the island.
