Unique 2 story room with hot tub inside (although we would not do that again in warmer months as it made the apartment a little hummid) The staff was super accommodating and the food was delicious. The rooms were spotless and beautiful with modern fixtures, a balcony and quite refined. We spent two nights in two separate rooms since we choose to spend and extra day. First night included a hot tub that was neat but inside the "apartment" would definetly choose a room with an outdoor tub if we return again. Zena our hostess was great! Terrific food in the area and the hotels food was fabulous. Thanks for a great stay!

The room was recently remodeled, so that was nice. But the real thing that made this such a great place was the sincere, friendly, personal service from Tina, the manager, and her daughter. We can't thank them enough for all they did for us.

In Skala you will find basic services and a beautiful landscape in a small size just as the island is tiny and walkable.

Skala is a beautiful place and it has everything you'll ever need. Lots of restaurants, ice cream, waffle, cocktail bars, sand beaches with sun beds and umbrellas but if you don't want very crowded places you can take an umbrella on your own and enjoy the sea.

Great get-away for a few days.
Great get-away for a few days. Fantastic restaurants and welcoming locals. Beaches and water can’t be any better! Marina Beach was a favorite. Ate several meals at Moshos and loved every meal. Also dined at Toxotis which was also great. Took the City Bus to Aponisos for 2€ each way to get a better sense of the beauty of the island.

Beautiful peaceful island with gorgeous views everywhere look. Lots of life on this island and very helpful locals. Safe place for families or couples to enjoy.
Beautiful gift shops and a variety of restaurants available. Rental services were provided easily and affordable to explore the island. My favourite restaurant was Aquarius for breakfast and brunch. Yialos restaurant great selection of seafood.

Skala is a mostly summer resort than a village. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, port, beaches. The main "city" - Megalochori - is more authentic with pretty houses in the Greek style ( white-blue houses). Also, the main port is situated there.

Skala is beautiful with a great selection of tavernas. The sea is crystal clear and perfect for bathing. The ferry crossing is easy and dependable.
There is a danger of too many cars being allowed to spoil the island. There is no need for a car.
The staff were excellent and amazingly helpful! We had some issues with the room, caused by us, incorrectly booking it with only one double bed. (My friend wanted to sleep separately and we thought the couch would be enough) Αs soon as we flagged that the couch needed some maintenance, they brought us a single portable bed in less than 10 minutes! The pool was lovely and the location close to the Skala shops. We appreciate all the help and definitely recommend the hotel!! Ευχαριστούμε και πάλι για όλα! ☺️
We were with 5 people in 2 Apartments this summer and had an amazing time! Super clean rooms, every day room service, every wish or problem we had was fulfilled directly and being adressed in a friendly way.
The bar and pool are nice and the beach is directly in front of the hotel.

I was the second time in Skala and really love it.
Excellent service, communication, location and hospitality. Close to Skala's beach, restaurants, a small supermarket and everything else you need on Agistri. One harbour is less than 10 minutes and the main harbour about half an hour walking distance.
Our room had two balconies with lovely views, a kitchenette, it's own shower and toilet with towels and soap/shampoo and a comfortable bedroom with a double bed.
Everything and more, the most accomodating staff you could wish for, polite kind friendly, the hotel is in a perfect position in the resort of Skala, nothing is too much trouble for them, really should be higher thank a 2 star 🌟, rooms clean and spotless, lovely furnishings throughout, food excellent, views perfect, Pasoula and the team are a delight 😊

Hotel Alexandra is extraordinarily convenient to the slow ferry pier, but on a quiet beach with no car traffic. Tasoula is always warm and friendly, but she is also running everything very efficiently. The property is beautiful and well-cared for. The rooms are clean and gorgeous. the food is delicious.
The hotel has a great location with a very nice sandy beach nearby, perfect for children. The stuff is kind and helpsom. The hotell restaurant is recommended with a large variety and very tasteful dishes. The rooms are cleaned daily. It is a good choice for families

The hotel is located literally in the heart of Agkistri. All cafes, bars, restaurants are at your feet. The room was cozy and clean. the staff was super friendly and eager to recommend restaurants and must see locations

A lot of shared spaces to sit around with friends - you won't be confined to your room only. Even when it's scorching hot outside, the hotel is built in a way that provides a lot of shade with a great breeze.
The property is well located- just a few minutes walk from everything in Skala. The owner was super friendly and the breakfast they prepare in the morning was fantastic. The common areas were also lovely.
