We were here on our vacation with another family of friends.
The hotel is family run and they put a lot of love into their work.
The room was big and comfortable, with lots of lighting and very clean.
The hotel position is about 5 to 10 minutes from Sarti Beach and a small dock where you can get cruises from.
The room also has a fully equipped kitchenette, in case you want to prepare something for yourselves and you also get some homemade jam from the host (which is excellent).
The staff, like I said, is a family run place, is very helpful and great at entertaining.

Sarti offers a beach that includes rocky and deeper areas to the North and more shallow entries to the South. There are calm days, but usually there is surf, and often it is quite wavey. There are, however, great other beach options nearby if you have a car. Ten minutes North is Orange beach which I cannot recommend enough (think water like Elafonissi beach on Crete or even the Caribbean -- granted the water is cooler). Twenty minutes south is Kalamitsi beach which is sheltered and will be much calmer than Sarti when the NorthEast winds are blowing.
Dining in Sarti can be hit or miss. I would recommend Kotsaris, on the beach at the North end. We had consistantly great meals there.

Monassu beach is one of the most organized but it is too expensive. They only offer sunbeds and sun umbrellas for different prices but nothing special other than that. There are stones at the entrance to the sea,not sand.

A place which in the past was an old fishing village and which has now developed, turning into a beautiful tourist resort.
There are many shops near the accommodation and many restaurants with traditional food, but also food from international cuisine, including fast food.
You can get to Sarti by car, or by renting cars or scooters.
I can't give details about the local transport, because I didn't use it.

Sarti is a lovely quiet village in the off season (end of April), when some good restaurants and bars are already open. Next to a beautiful sandy and clean beach. Some of the most beautiful beaches in Halkidiki are located near Sarti.
Ahhmm… where to start first… perfect and very kind owner - Anna.
Location - if there an 11 it deserve it - opening the door making 5 steps and you are @ the beach - which is private for the hotel guests.
Very quite place - you will hear only the sea but just a 2min walk from village center.
Every morning there was a hand made complementary breakfast which was very very nice and delicious.
Sometimes the internet do have a mind of its own, but this is the least thing you may need in such a lovely place.
Great hospitality by Gioulli and Petros. They were really great hosts and they provide us with everything we needed to enjoy in our vacation. They were really attentive and they many time went out their way to make us really enjoying in holidays (barbecue party, boat cruising etc..). I would like to express in this way our gratitude to our hosts.

There are many amazing and superb beaches around Sarti, so it is really good choice to select Sarti as a starting point and to visit all of them.
Studio Wilem gives everything you can ask for your holidays. Hosts (Stratos and Martina) are two very kind people, they are an excellent guide for people who are not familiar with Sarti, they showed to us all the best beaches and best restaurants to eat and drink.
Highly recommended studio in Sarti, everything was as it should be, clean, new stuff, like a hotel room, and what is more important you are accommodated in the heart of Sarti( everything is close to the studio).
This was the best location I've been so far in Sarti for the last 6 years. The rooms were extremely clean, big and so comfortable. The owners were present at the location all the time, with a huge smile on the face, helped us with everything we needed. My son played in the pool or on the green gras area around the hotel wherever we were in the hotel. The beach is in about 5 min walk from the hotel.
Overall we had a great week there and we will come back next year again

It's insanely clean, very well decorated, very comfortable. We stayed in a room on the ground floor which was huge and had a huge patio/balcony. And there's everything you need. Free parking available outside. Also, Stella is a great host and a wonderful person. 💜

Location and see views are great, the villa is really nice, even better than in the pictures. Children enjoyed the Jacuzzi a lot. We used the barbeque once. The terraces are really nice. The house interior design is very pleasant. Parking was very good as well. And Sarti with all the shops and restaurants, terraces and supermarket is very close by. The owner was also very kind, he waited for us with the keys. We had a very good time there!
Very good location, you are 2 minutes away from the beach and beach bars, also very close to the street with restaurants and shops. The staff is very attentive, but there was no need to even call them since everything was provided without us even noticing. Very clean and regular sheet and towels change. Really happy with the private parking that the hotel has, but even if it’s full there wasn’t a problem to park around.
The location is excellent, you are near the beach, supermarket around the corner and a fine bakery for a delicious breakfast / pastry as desert. The room is cleaned every 2 days, fresh towels too. Air conditioner, comfortable bed and a relaxing atmosphere overall. Add free private parking and good wireless connection and the value is incredible.

Excelent apart hotel, right next to the beach. Very clean rooms, and all hotels areas, they clean the rooms every day, and maintain the whole place perfectlyclean. Location was very good for us since the property is on the very end of Sarti, so more breeze at the evening and the nearest beach was not crowed. The property itself has a lot of potential, so new beds and more equipment in the house can make a big difference.

Very awesome hospitality from the hosts. Everything available and very good location in Sarti and in Sithonia in general, because Sarti is pretty central in the second leg of Xalkidiki.
