We were here on our vacation with another family of friends.
The hotel is family run and they put a lot of love into their work.
The room was big and comfortable, with lots of lighting and very clean.
The hotel position is about 5 to 10 minutes from Sarti Beach and a small dock where you can get cruises from.
The room also has a fully equipped kitchenette, in case you want to prepare something for yourselves and you also get some homemade jam from the host (which is excellent).
The staff, like I said, is a family run place, is very helpful and great at entertaining.

Sarti offers a beach that includes rocky and deeper areas to the North and more shallow entries to the South. There are calm days, but usually there is surf, and often it is quite wavey. There are, however, great other beach options nearby if you have a car. Ten minutes North is Orange beach which I cannot recommend enough (think water like Elafonissi beach on Crete or even the Caribbean -- granted the water is cooler). Twenty minutes south is Kalamitsi beach which is sheltered and will be much calmer than Sarti when the NorthEast winds are blowing.
Dining in Sarti can be hit or miss. I would recommend Kotsaris, on the beach at the North end. We had consistantly great meals there.

Monassu beach is one of the most organized but it is too expensive. They only offer sunbeds and sun umbrellas for different prices but nothing special other than that. There are stones at the entrance to the sea,not sand.

A place which in the past was an old fishing village and which has now developed, turning into a beautiful tourist resort.
There are many shops near the accommodation and many restaurants with traditional food, but also food from international cuisine, including fast food.
You can get to Sarti by car, or by renting cars or scooters.
I can't give details about the local transport, because I didn't use it.

A village/city full of flowers and friendly people. The beach is with sand and the sun beds are available at a reasonable price - you just have to buy something from the beach bar and this covers the cost for the sun beds. The water is not very deep and the waves are usually not high.

Sarti is a lovely quiet village in the off season (end of April), when some good restaurants and bars are already open. Next to a beautiful sandy and clean beach. Some of the most beautiful beaches in Halkidiki are located near Sarti.
I loved the place, the best place I ever stayed, if I could....I would give it 10 stairs! The owener Anna went out of her way to make our stay exceptional! I would love to come back again! Very generous, kind and loved the presents and the way she took care of us, in every detail! I highly recomend this place! You have a wonderful view with your own private beach! The food in the area is great too!

Great accommodation that is very close to the beach and the center, but at the same time located on a quiet street! The rooms are clean and well equipped and the balcony is quite spacious. Guests can also take advantage of the free private parking that the place offers. The host is friendly and very helpful and he made our stay really pleasant. I strongly recommend this accommodation and will surely come back again. If you are heading to Sarti - this is definitely your place!
The location is great. On the very end of New Sarti. The beach is around 50 meters walk from the apartment. Nice sandy beach, good for families with small children. Very quiet, no cars at night (you can sleep with the balcony door open). The owners are very nice people, always here to help. We had to shorten our stay a day earlier, and the owners as good hosts sent us home with gifts :) Anyway... parking, in front of the villa. Strong and free Wi-Fi.
The house is located in a very quiet area on the beachfront in the so-called Novi Sarti, about 1.3 km from the center. The rooms are very spacious, clean. There is plenty of parking space in front of the house. The beach is wide, clean with beautiful sand with a beach bar nearby if you need it. The supermarket is right next door, but it doesn't work out of season. The host is very pleasant and answered all our questions and requests immediately.
Best view in Sarti. Located "literally" on the beach which was very helpful as we travelled with two kids (4 and 6). Also very appropriate for romantic travellers. You see the sea from every window. Everything exactly like in booking photos. Very friendly and helpful host. Excellent terrace overlooking the entire Sarti beach. One of the best Greek restaurants in Sarti at the ground floor. Parking on the streets around the place.
Lovely, comfortable apartment with everything you need. Beautiful rooms, squeaky clean, nice linens, fluffy towels, fridge, air conditioning in the living room, a coffee machine; every detail was so thoughtfully taken care of. Host was very helpful and friendly.

The location is excellent, you are near the beach, supermarket around the corner and a fine bakery for a delicious breakfast / pastry as desert. The room is cleaned every 2 days, fresh towels too. Air conditioner, comfortable bed and a relaxing atmosphere overall. Add free private parking and good wireless connection and the value is incredible.
Everything was amazing - nice staff , great location, close to Sarti beach - but a great location for visiting other beaches too , comfy & nice room , very clean , spatious sea-view balcony. We felt amazing and would definitely come back. Moreover, the room and the hotel looked exactly like in the pictures on booking.com.

The location of the hotel is very good - end of the Main Street where is more quiet than the Center of Sarti. (7-8 min walk & you are at the Center). The manager of the hotel is very kind who guide us through Siithonia ( beaches, restaurants)The rooms were cleaned every day.

Rooms are very clean, large enough and comfy, kitchen has all you need, hosts are amazing. Hotel is in a very quiet area, very close to Sarti Beach. Parking is possible on street but also on a private spot nearby. A supermarket is 1-2 min away, old town 10 minutes away (a very pleasant walk).
Great location: on the beach, bakery, shops and restraurants are very close. The frendliest staff, clean apartments. We've arrived earlier and they provided us the key as soon as it was possible. Also we can use the baby's bed for free. Thank you very much!
