Quite and nice area, great view but dont plant to go there without renting a car. No shops in walking distance. No busses going to this area often so you must take care of your transportation. There is one beach in walking dinstance. The area is calm, there is a pool and a nice garden.

As the previous guests already suggested the place is beautiful. I liked the main conception of Thalassa suits, it was something said on the adv. At the entry: tranquility, calm, peaceful or something in that sense. And it is the truth. The beach is calm and wide. We had dinner almost each evening at the complex simply because the food was so tasty and the service impeccable. The prices are fair. Yes there are mosquitoes but Thalassa took care of us providing repellents. I would like to come back :)

I liked the pool area, it was spacious, green, and comfortable with lots of lounges. The pool itself was great too, well maintained and the water was nice. The breakfast was great, everyday we woke up looking forward to it. The manager also helped us out when we had issues with the room and internet. When we arrived, Corfu was experiencing some wildfires in the northeast (near the resort) and had evacuated people. I messaged them a few days beforehand to make sure it was safe to come, they assured me the fire was far from them. Everyday they gave updates to guests and kept everyone notified. Luckily, the wildfires were controlled quickly and by day 3 there was no longer any smoke in the area.

The territory of the hotel is wonderful and well-maintained. It's really green with some beautiful trees, and the view on the mountain makes it overall a very pleasant place. The hills are quite steep which is generally not a big problem if you're a fit person, but still, on a hot day (which, in summer, is every day) can be quite annoying. For that, the view from the room is amazing. There are a few small things that the hotel can easily do to improve the experience and perhaps also get themselves those four stars. For instance, while the dinner buffet is quite good, the breakfast buffet could offer more fresh options. The rooms have very limited closet space. In the bathroom, there's a single liquid which is shampoo/body wash, so offering a conditioner and body lotion would be nice. And also bathrooms have terrible light, only one small one next to the mirror, which could be easily fixed.
