My sister and I loved Perissa. We spent our first day on a 12-hour tour of the island and got a great overview of Santorini. We spent a day in Fira and decided that we made the right decision for us to stay in Perissa. It is more lowkey than some of the other villages you can stay at on Santorini, but it was perfect for us.

It is a typical town for blissful relaxation, where there isn't much to explore, apart from climbing the mountain to see the ancient city Fira ruins or admiring the Kamari and airport views. The main purpose of people coming here is to lounge on the beach.

Perissa served as a wonderful station for our trip to Santorini. I was far more interested in the history of the island and seeing everything Santorini had to offer. If you are looking for a beach vacation with anything you might need within walking distance, then Perissa would be perfect for your stay. However, Perssia also proved to be a great station to start and end each day.

Perissa is my favourite place to stay on Santorini.
Perissa is my favourite place to stay on Santorini. There are plenty of great restaurants, mini markets, a large supermarket, two 24-hour bakeries and a fantastic beach with sunbeds, many of the free if you buy a drink or food. Getting around is easy, most places are within walking distance of the beach and there is a small tourist train that runs along the beach from Perissa to Vlychada via Perivolos Beach. You can get on, or off wherever you like. The local buses to Fira are reasonably frequent and handy to see other parts of the island if you don't have a car or quad bike. For dinner, I'd recommend the Acropolis, Apollon and Noma Restaurants.
Dimitri is a great host. The breakfast provided by him is very good we can recommend it to everyone!
The location was great with a view to the dome, there is free parking if somebody is visiting by car. We had the room on the ground floor with patio and dining table and chairs. After the checkout you can leave your luggage at the reception if you are leaving later and you are also able to work from the reception the wifi is very very good. We recommend this Villa if you are visiting Santorini! Thank you :)
Our stay was excellent in every aspect. Manolis was super helpful as a host, he helped us with our car rental, our daily cruises and restaurant/bar recommendations. Everything he suggested was excellent as well. The hotel was in a very nice location, super clean and had everything we asked for. Last but not least the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we ever had. We totally recommend this hotel and we will totally prefer this establishment if we ever visit Santorini again. Manolis thank you so much <3
Breakfast was varied and rich every day. You had a choice of savoury or sweet, and you were always served with orange juice and an optional tea/coffee/milk. The accommodation is in a perfect location in Perissa, close to the beach, restaurants, bus stop and there is a small shop 2 houses away. And I would highlight the "boss", Irene. She was extremely kind and helpful with everything. If we were to come to Santorini on holiday again I would definitely stay in Santa Barbara.
the position was very good, it was near Perissa beach as well as a 5 min walk to the bus station. The breakfast provided by the hotel was very good and the experience of eating it near the pool in the morning was great. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The owner was very kind and he was available for any question we had or any piece of information we needed. All in all, we would raccomand this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasent time on the island of Santorini.
We liked everything about it, the property has everything you need and more, very clean and very close to Perissa beach where you can see the sunrise every morning. The hot tub was a hit.
We liked the location, it wasn’t has busy has a Fira or Oia but it has lots of restaurants and bares around and it’s close enough that you can go by car or bus to those villages. I would definitely stay again if we come back to Santorini. Nicole was very helpful
The hotel is located just on the back street of the beach, really close to several lovely restaurants. The hotel team was very friendly, especially Athanasia, who helped us decide the best way to spend the day on south Santorini and how to get to our appointments. She was great, made us feel at home! The hotel is also very close to the final stop of the bus and it was great when getting back home from watching the sunset in Oia!
Its beautiful 😻 you can also rent a car 🚙 and go through all Santorini and visit different parts . Margarita is very nice and shows all the different parts on a map which is saving u time
From our trip to Greece this was the best hotel cause is clean and big and there is good people
And the restaurant we enjoyed most the food was Grandma 👵 which I highly recommend
Beautiful place in good location on Santorini island. We rent a car and had a free parking near the place available always . The villa is spacious and nice decorated. Cleaning is 100% best quality. The roof top rooms with the terrace is a good place to enjoy a sunny day in tranquility. The manager Dimitri is always ready to help you with anything. Recommended
Everything wqs just amazinz , location is just amazing next to the beach, they have a pool where you can relax, all shops, rent a car, bars and restaurants are near . It is cca 20 min ride to Fira with quad ,but that was better as this place is more quiet and not so many tourista. I reccomend to rent a Atv or Car in Santorini, it s easy to move around .
It is à nice hotel run by a very nice family. The rooms are very beautiful, a nice pool and a fantastic location only 3 min walk to the beach and restaurants. The service is superb! I would really recommend this place to stay. Also near the busstop to see the other sights of Santorini
Everything was perfect and exceedeed our expectations !! Marilena is very welcoming, lovely and sweet, she was the sweetest person we have met at Santorini 🥹 She recommend us a lot of activities and restaurant, all the staff was very lovely! Breakfast was also very good.
The location is perfect for relaxing on the black beach in Perissa. The staff there are extremely nice and helpful. The room is very clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Highly recommend booking if you want to have a nice chill holiday in Santorini.
Nicoletta with her I was like I’m at home. I was there alone but with her I wasn’t. And the place is on the best part of Perissa. I didn’t need more. Thank you so much for a great time in Santorini.
Room was always clean when we arrivied back to hotel. Very very friendly host, we got loads of hints and advices where to go, what is good to see in Santorini. That was very helpful.
Good place if you don't plan to stay much in the room during your stay. Nice location, the prices in Perissa were very cheap compared to other places in Santorini.
Beautiful property, rooms, accommodations! Staff was amazing! Family owned so wonderful vibe! Highly recommend! We will always stay here in Santorini❤️
the property was very close to Perissa walking strand with the black sand beaches. The room was spacious and was probably the best room in the whole hotel
