This hotel stands out among the surrounding hotels as it is family run and the staff and owners are helpful and welcoming and create a wonderful atmosphere. I visited with my family (2 kids under 10) and we felt very welcome and taken care off. The pool and dining areas have amazing views of the ocean and provide a beautiful place to relax. Many other hotels in the surrounding area do not allow children and in Zephyros we found a haven that provided beauty and comfort for the adults and a fun relaxed and welcoming space for our children.

Very nice room with a private kitchen. The location was isolated which is nice for relaxing and privacy, and you have a beautiful view on the sea for sunrise. There was a private pool/kitchen area which was great, would be awesome for a group of 4-6. Very helpful and cool staff, nice vibe to the place

This place is within 5-7 minutes of walking distance from the town. Excellent breakfast and the staff is really really nice. Rooms were kept very neat, well maintained. The hotel offers courtesy pickup and drop off from the port which was very nice of them to do. The front desk reception manager was very helpful and gave me a complete overview of what to do, where to go for food, and offered a lot of tips and advice which i greatly appreciated. I will come again and stay here if I ever visit Mykonos again.

Mykonos is so beautiful, there could be room for people who dont want to listen to really loud music lying on beds taking pictures of themselves
but that seems to be how it is marketed
shame really as I would go back but probably stay in Mykonos town as the beaches have been over run by beach clubs

The water and the scenery are so beautiful! But with the high prices, the amount of beach chairs on the beach and the overlapping music sources (noise)...my husband and I found the hostel to be our "safe place". Thank you hostel!

I loved everything!!!! The location of this hotel is just perfect!!!! All the famous beachclubs as scorpios, santana, kalua, tropicana are accessible by foot.
The bus stop is 1 min away and could take you straight to Mykonos town in 10/15 min.
The staff was amazing, Adil and the lady were so sweet and helpful.
And as of Vicky, she wes phenomenal, thanks to her, we got an early check in and a late check out. She’s the best!!!!
Location: Considering you need a car in Mykonos if you want to explore both beaches and villages, i thought location was convenient. Close to everything by car.
Staff: So friendly and helpful! We got some tips when you arrived, especially restaurants and they were fabulous.
Room: very comfortable, new and clean (daily cleaning service).

The location is the best in Mykonos easy to walk many options of restaurants and beaches. Very quiet and peaceful with gorgeous view. The many amenities within the apartment provide comfort and relaxation along with function. The host was friendly, helpful and easily accessible. I would highly recommend and will return to stay again and again.
Amazing location, just seconds to Paraga Beach and minutes from uber beach club Scorpio's, but far away enough to chill away from the party scene. The value for money here was exceptional and the staff were very helpful and friendly. There might be fancier places around, but this was comfortable and hard to beat for location and price.
The location was brilliant. We could easily walk to the beach for the day and for restaurants. A little walk round the corner was Platis Gialos another great place for food.
The pool area at the hotel was lovely. Parts of it were sheltered from the wind which was great. The bar was well equipped and had a good little breakfast menu.
I have been coming to Mykonos every year for 7 years and I was happily surprised with the standing of Paradise Estate. Everything including the welcoming and assistance from the staff throughout my stay was above my expectations. The facilities are high level and the view of the surroundings is astonishing.
Ideal location, directly on the beach, right next to Mykonos’ best restaurant (Nikolas Taverna) and Scorpios, and walking distance to Nammos and 10+ other beach clubs. Comfortable, spacious rooms and super helpful staff who know essentially everyone on the island.
View from our room of sunset over the sea. Bus service available about 15 minutes walk away but finding the hotel from the small bus station was difficult as so much building work around and unclear which path to take. Breakfast buffet style was good.
Friendly and welcoming staff. Perfect location, we did not need any car/taxi to visit Scorpios, Paraga Beach, but also Paralia Platis Gialos and Nammos! Rooms are new, clean, spacious. Small nice pool. Food is delicious as well. Highly recommended!
