Exceptional facilities, very beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. The size of rooms and villas would differ in the different villas, so consider that carefully when booking. We got upgraded to a much bigger villa than we booked and it was perfect for our big family!
For me, besides the amazing villas, the warm and friendly attitude from the staff made our stay unforgettable. We were celebrating the 60th birthday of my mother in law and the staff was extremely accommodating arranging extra services for us to make the trip extra special.
We enjoyed very nice weather in October and made use of the heated pool, which is really a must with small children for that time of year.
And let's not forget THE BREAKFAST! We got a great taste of Greek cuisine with a modern touch and really appreciated the option to order dinner as well. Bear in mind the portions are huge!
The beach is also very close by and we really loved the nature surrounding the villas, as it is not crowded with hotels and provides opportunities for lovely walks.
Overall we fell in love with the place, the people and the nature around!

The building is new. Plenty of parking space. Some good restaurants around. The terrace is big. In the room there was enough space for storage and the bed was comfortable. The owner is very nice and always there to help with everything you need and gives you suggestions for a pleasant stay.

Great location, as the name says it's a whole village! It has more than 200 rooms/apartments but it's not overcrowded due to the large area where it extends. It's perfect for children, it has 3 playgrounds, 2 swimming pools for adults and 2 for children, volleyball court, table tennis, lots of nice paths with bridges and fountains, it's so nice to just walk around the village. Room was comfortable, staff was nice and helpful, overall a great experience!

Paliouri is a small village with some good restaurants, and it's not overcrowded. The stay here is pleasant and smooth. There are no notable attractions or places to walk to. Without a car, you won't be able to reach the beach. I would recommend having dinner at Lemonis Restaurant.

The apartment is located between Pefkohori and Paliuri. It is possible to choose between the tourist crowd offered by Pefkohori and the pleasant ambience of Paliuri. There are several beautiful beaches nearby where you can spend the day. In both places it is possible to find a large number of good restaurants as well as interesting shops for souvenirs and local products.

August is quite busy - there are 4 beach bars and the seats were almost aways full/reserved. Best place to eat is definetely Bakalis in Pefkochori.
All the beaches are good in the area but always ask for the prices and rules for consumption at the beach bars as they differ significantly, also the parking spots are quite few when you arrive in the middle of the day.

Paliouri is in fact the last, real City Break in...
Paliouri is in fact the last, real City Break in Thessaloniki region. Is a real Wild Life Nature. Thanks to its delayed development, the most up-to-date modern architecture, opposite the wilder nature can be found in this area without roads.

It is perfectly situated - close to the beaches (5 minutes ride with a car) but in the same time away from the fuss and the traffic. The village is very small and peacefull. And yet there are a lot of places to eat. We liked Tavern Nikos and Lemonis - in both places the food was delicious.
Suite was clean, comfy with many amenities inside. Front desk and whole staff were friendly and genteel. Private beach was a real gem, it was peaceful, secluded and equipped with free sunbeds and umbrellas. The excellent breakfast that was served was a great start to my day, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and unique holiday with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay and in a very reasonable prices.
Everything was outstanding: friendly staff, stylish and modern rooms with extremely comfortable beds, peaceful location. The owner will try to accommodate the already very appetizing breakfast and, in case you are up for some adventure around the area just reach out to her with any questions. She helped us with a boat rental that we highly recommend! It was a great choice to finish our amazing tour around Greece at Villa D'Oro ❤️.
It was a very nice and enjoyable experience. The proximity to the beach was the best part of our stay.
Even though we were staying in tents, the high temperatures did not bother us because of the air conditioner.
Additionally, we got to enjoy the sounds of waves, the rain as well as enjoy the sunrise from our bed.
Kaktus Suites is a new complex, with very modern and stilish design, with beautiful terraces and views. The furniture at all is very good, you can feel at home, comfortable beds, big bathrooms. The breakfast next to pool with the nice view is inspiring. I recommend thus hotel for good, relaxing vacation.
The location is fantastic, nice and quite, the view's are amazing, the villa's have a nice concept with swimming pools, a tennis court and a restaurant ... The staff is very kind ... Markets, shops and beaches are 5-6 min.away by car ...

The hotel location is incredibly nice. 500 meters from the beach. If you came by car, there is parking lot. You can land on the point where you land on the beach with your vehicle. We would like to thank Mr. Yannis, one of the hotel employees, for his interest and interest. We will come again.
Everything was perfect. From the moment we arrived at the hotel the staff made us fell unique. They are really kind. The room is furnished with beautiful furniture and it was very clean. The breakfast was lovely. In addition, the accommodation was excellent. Highly recommended
Great location, relatively safe, good atmosphere, free parking very handy. Beach is really lovely. Great bed, very useful fridge, great lighting in the tent. Beach clubs play loud music during the day but usual quiet by bed time. Paliouri town has lively restaurants.
We really enjoyed our relaxing holiday. The villa was comfortable, beautifully stylish and had stunning views. It was such a treat to have our own pool. The location is excellent - though very quiet and peaceful - very near a beach and a couple of restaurants.
The location was great as it was 12 mins from the beach ⛱️. The room was very clean and it provided cooking appliances and coffee machine. The best part was the balcony with the amazing forest view. The staff was amazing, really friendly and hospitable.
Good food, good family accommodation, good price for junior suite! There is possibility to pay for all inclusive. Recommendation is HB. Good position of hotel, in peaceful area.
