A wonderful old stone house, renovated & refurbished with great taste & love. Sleeping in a stone house is amazing especially when it comes to the natural breeze without need for air conditioning. My partner loved both the house & the village and hopes to be able to revisit for a longer period soon ! Take your morning coffee or dinner at the central square just few steps from the house. The village vibe & locals orchestrate an amazing experience!

Amazing studio with beautiful view in undiscovered bay! Our room was perfectly clean, big enough and full of staff you can need while travelling. You can sit in the garden or just in front of your room, and enjoy the sea view. Owners were very friendly also. We definetely recommend Louiza!

Mr. Lambros is a great person. For those who want to go to the house is just around the corner, on the back lot. The owner is open to development, he has the idea of ​​what more he can do. The sea is rocky, suitable for shoes. There are 2 places to eat, But Pirgi is 19 km, Mesta is 3 km. There is a place in Mesta that serves very good food, I recommend it. Also, don't forget to buy your wine from a place run by a woman and has homemade wine (I tried it and it tastes delicious). Do your shopping at My Market in Chios. Buy your alcohol and meat products from here. Mr. Lambros has a kitchen upstairs. In the morning, the sea is perfect and calm. Since it is in the bay, it doesn't get too much waves (for those who want peace and quiet).

We stayed at home, for two nights. It was really near to Mavra Volia Beach. First of all the check in time is really late and the check out time is really early. When we arrive home it was almost 4.00pm and they needed more time for cleaning. So the owner made us leave a bit later. I can understand it s a big home but i told the owner already , rooms were really dusty ( like nobody stayed home for a long time) and the sheet had blood on it. He could send me cleaners again but i did not want it. The owner is reachable all the time. In the kitchen you have everything which was very good. They have twp bathrooms. Both of them There is not enough water pressure coming from the shower. Toilet seat is broken in downstairs which is not good. There is no shower handle. You have too keep shower handle in your hand while you are showering. For me; it s not good stay at home like photos, their staff everywhere from the family and every items in drawers. It s something not like an hotel ofcourse, next time i ll prefer home which is prepared for renters. Not somebody’s living home. And after we leave ; the owner sent me a message which made pissed me of. One of the objects was broken and he sent me photo of the object. And he told me he locked the cupboards and blamed us that we opened it. How could I open it without a key ? Or could not he ask in a nicer way ? The owner came home in the morning before we leave , he did not say us anything and ask anything about home. If we were ok or is there smt. Wrong. After we left , he sent us a message, not a proffesional thing. And decided to write all the deficiencies everything after that message. If the owner is sensitive about the rent a house, he/she should have kept all their staff or photos.

A great place to stay with a beautiful sea view. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and open to all questions/concerns. Can only recommend the whole thing. Gladly again. Many greetings

The host's communication is very good, he helps with everything. The house is at the entrance of Pyrgi, there is free parking right next to it. The cleaning is very good. The beds are comfortable. The host has put everything you need into the house. We were very pleased.
