We literally loved our stay! The location is very good: it's a quiet area with a wild beach at hand and it's a short walk from the central street and taverns. Parking is provided. We had a wonderful spacious room, it looked new, clean and beautiful, there was everything we needed. The patio outside was also nice. The hostess was super friendly and helpful. It would be my pleasure to stay here again!

Nice place with great beaches nearby. Definitely enjoyed every minute of our holiday. Nice bakery shops, many stores that you can buy pretty much eveything you need.
The beaches we visited are Mega Portokali and Paradise Kavourotripes. Both are sooo nice. Very clear sea, very niece beaches.

Wouldn't go back to Nikiti. Overcrowded in the season, can be a hell to park in the evenings and doesn't have anything special to offer. Typical greek tourist place. The beach is okay but not great.

The town has been rebuilt, there is no lighting, many potholes and bad streets, there are no parking spaces in the center. It's very crowded. Many people, serious traffic jams when entering and exiting. Damage to the car from the potholes. Its advantages are that there are many places to stay, small hotels and several restaurants. Main advantage - close to many nice beaches. Sithonia is lovely, but I miss the tranquility of Mount Athos. It's packed with people and that leads to difficult food reservations, slow check-in and check-out, and other inconveniences.

Very nice small town. Beachfront makes the atmosfere, with nice hotels, apartments, restaurants. Places like Assano, adds a glamour for a complete picture.
More signs are needed on the streets, as one can easily lost himself with a lot of oneway streets..
We had an amazing stay at Private Paradise in Nikiti. The house has a great location: next to the beach, the shops and restaurants. The garden is very well maintained, there are all the facilities airconditiooners, all necessary kitchen staff and compliments with coffee, croissants, muffins, and cold drinks in the fridge. The host took care during the whole stay, and his amazing parents did a very warm welcome and a goodbuy. We really enjoyed our stay and we are highly recommending the Private Paradise in Nikiti.
Paressa’s House is a hidden gem among the several places to stay in Nikiti. My mother and I had an entire apartment suite to ourselves above the couple living in the space underneath us. Sofia (the host) and her whole family, are extremely kind. Full kitchen, nice living room, and a very nice and large terrace we could relax on. It was perfect for my Mother to relax for her first time in Greece. The beach is a 5-7 minute walk. My mother was shocked at the price when I showed her (in a good way).
The complex is very well built and all units are arranged with taste and a lot of love. Everything was new. Room was cleaned every day. The bed is really comfortable. Hosts are a wonderful people, so pleasant and helpful.
Location was great for me. Right beside a very well equipped supermarket and close to the main road which leads further to some of the best Sithonia beaches (by vehicle). For some, who want to go every day to Nikiti city beach, it is a 10min walk.

Lovely place, about 5 minutes walk from the center of Nikiti. The room was very spacious and large, and very clean. The air conditioning system was perfectly functioning. The pool in the garden, although quite small, adds a nice touch, and it's very relaxing after a day at the beach. More than anything, I appreciated the quiet of the place, despite being so near to the center. The host was extremely nice as well, and she gave us the possibility to store our luggage after checking out.

Good location. 250m+- from the beach. Market and bakery nearby. A lot of parking spots within 50m around the hotel.
The bar on the beach is superb, not expensive, nice staff in the bar, comfy and not over-crowded.
Earlier check-in, we were 4 hours early upon arrival but as the maisonette was ready and clean, they checked us in immediately. Very comfortable for 5 people. Very clean. Worth the money overall.
The hotel is 2 steps away from the beach, with a great laid back vibes, there are plenty of restaurants within a very short walking distance, the room was nicely furnished and the bed was comfortable. We especially liked the hotel personnel, which was always extremely friendly and helpful. Aaand we learned that early Oct in Nikiti has a great potential of being amazing :)
The place is a hidden gem! The apartment is spacious, with an exceptional view of the town and beach of Nikiti. It is spotless and equipped with everything you might think you need for a comfortable stay, and even more! But, what made it really special to us was the warm welcome with Greek treats and the kindness of the owners. We'll surely revisit first chance we get!
The hotel is very new and the rooms are beautiful. The location is fantastic as it's within walking distance to shops and the Nikiti beach. There was no breakfast included in the price but there are many nice bakeries close by, so it was not a problem to find something to eat. The room has coffee-making facilities.

Very friendly staff, very clean and nice rooms, quiet location, only 5 minutes walking to the marina and the all event in Nikiti, owner Aleksandar is a very good host. This was the base from which we visited the whole of Sithonia and all the most attractive beaches. When we return to Sithonia we will definitely be staying at the Azur Apartments.

The place, rooms, people, atmosphere and everything was wonderful. Excellent service and incredible hospitality. Moreover the owner of the rooms created a special list of the best beautiful beaches and restaurants nearby our location with recommendation from her local side. I definitely recommend Varka rooms as perfect family hotel.
On the best part of Nikiti beach, modern and spacius room, private parking, stable and fast WIFI. Kitchen and bathroom has every detail you need. Natasha the owner is really great lady, at the and she gave a nice present for our kids which we liked o lot. If we decide to come back, we know where for sure.
