When we arrived the staff in the hotel was so friendly and nice, they offered some cookies and drinks. The room was bigger than we expected, very modern with a balcony. The breakfest is amazing, many options even if you're vegan/vegetarian. The location is also really nice, since it's close to the beach and close to the center.

Property manager and host were incredibly welcoming and helpful whether online or offline. The view of the Portara from our rooms were unobstructed and amazing. Very close to the main walking street where all the eateries are located, as well as the main bus transfer and access to port. Breakfast room was nice and cosy. Rooms were clean.

I loved the breakfast, the pool was really big and ther was plenty of shade around the pool. The location was great - just a 10 minute walk to the town and very close walking distance to beach and bus stops. The staff were fantastic.

There is a lot of good restaurants, we would recommend to get a quad to go around the island, we had the luck to have it very calm on the road, we were able to visit a lot and see all the charms, the trendy spots the more calm spots, the best hidden beaches, Naxos has a lot to offer, food is great and the people are amazing, you won't regret Naxos

Great island to visit - Naxos Town has a lot of good restaurants, plus a good bag wash laundry service - the Captain's laundry.
The towns of Filoti and Apeiranthos are well worth a visit.
The island has a very relaxed attitude with none of the problems associated with cruise ships and their passengers as experienced on Santorini.

Naxos Chora is easily walkable with many restaurants and shops to visit. It is a transportation hub and easy access to ferries and buses. The waterfront is bustling with activity and at one end of the town you can find plentiful beach access and water sport availability.

We have been to Naxos many times before and like the island.
We have been to Naxos many times before and like the island. It was much busier than we normally find it as we came a month earlier this time and prefer it quieter. There was a lovely garden taverna just a few hundred yards away which was great for a cold beer and a good book, comfortable seats, no hassle to leave, great to sit and relax. We had good food in different places near the sea over 4 days and went in to the hills walking. Bus services easy to use, large island so many villages to explore.
The location is very central. It is a 2 minute walk to Chora and 50 metres from the hotel to Agios Georgios beach. Despite the central location, you don't hear any noise at night and you can sleep in peace. The room was very clean and warmly decorated. Maria, the hostess, is very warm and hospitable, she does everything to make you feel comfortable and at home. It was not the first time I stayed at this hotel and I will always come back when I am in Naxos, because it is a perfect start to a holiday in such a lovely hotel.
The location is fantastic, with old town at your doorstep and the waterfront with shops and restaurants just a few minutes away by foot. Breakfast each morning was delicious and plentiful
Adriana is a super host! She gave us excellent tips on how to make the most of our stay in Naxos. Although you don’t need a car to stay in the city, we took Adriana’s suggestion to rent one to visit the beach as well as the countryside (well worth it!). It was very convenient that it was free to park at the hotel.
We had the most magical stay here. Hotel Anixis is like something out of a fairytale - gorgeous, well taken care of, and inviting. It’s centrally located and within walking distance of everything in Naxos Old Town from the port to great restaurants. The staff is incredibly kind and sweet and went above and beyond to make sure our every need was taken care of. You couldn’t ask for a better stay.
Anatoli is in the perfect location to see and explore Naxos. They provided a car rental and directions for day trip excursions. The staff were kind and helpful. We didn’t use the pool because it was a bit cooler up where the hotel is compared to the beach. We could walk down to Chora where all the shops and cafes were within 10 minutes. The rooms were spacious and have a private deck.
I’ve never been spoiled like I was at Hotel Grotta in Naxos. The welcoming hospitality felt like we were staying with family. Breakfast was huge and home made by Moma, and Papas wine was perfect on the patio overlooking the ocean. The prices are so reasonable, i felt like it was a misprint. Everything was clean and pool was fun.
The overall layout of the hotel was amazing. The rooms were modern, comfortable and clean. Everything was very well decorated. The staff was so welcoming. The hotel is situated perfectly a few 100 metres from the beach and walking distance to the famous Naxos waterfront which is full of restaurants and bars.
The host is very kind and provided all necessary advices for the best stay in Naxos.

In nearby of the structure there are restaurants, markets and everything you need is in a walking distance.

Lovely property right in the centre of Naxos Chora - 10minute walk to the sea and 5 minutes to the castle and port. The property was great for 5 people. Kitchen was well equipped for light cooking and there is even a washing machine. Very helpful owners.
