We liked everything. But of all the positives, we really admired the attention and kindness that Gina extended to us. It was unsurpassed. We have never experienced such a warm welcome and so much help from the person who was checking us in. My daughter and I travel a lot and I have never ever come across such a positive and helpful person. She gave suggestions on what to see and where to eat, helped us rent a car, switch an olive oil factory reservation to name a few. Always with a big smile on her face. We felt like we were her friends and her only guests. The room was super clean and had everything we needed. The property is in the very center of Chania harbor.

Location was great, close to the beach and next to many restaurants, walking distance from Chania. on-site parking. Rooms have balcony. Friendly staff.

The staff were wonderful..all of them so helpful and friendly and went beyond what we expected but appreciated Perfect location right on the sea with a beautiful 15 minute walk to old town

We stayed in a room with a beautiful view of the harbor. Breakfast was very generous even though there's no kitchen/restaurant on site.

Loved the location. Manager was super-helpful (Eva) and went above-and-beyond our expectations in arranging transportation and tours. Even left signs pointing us to our room since we had a late arrival!!
