Our stay was exceptional. The property and staff are welcoming and incredibly helpful. The bar/restaurant on site was fantastic! We ate breakfast and 2 dinners at the restaurant because the quality was so impressive. The property is close to other beaches, but our favorite was probably the private beach within walking distance. We originally planned to bring our children but ended up just the two of us, the property is ideal for either scenario. Next time we will likely rent a car or scooter, as taxis were a little sparse in the area. We will definitely be back!

First of all we enjoyed the amazing view from the balcony.
The accomodation is in the proximity of restaurants, beach and shops (only a few steps away).
Our apartment was cleaned every two days, we also received fresh towels every two days and the bedding was changed quite often. The air conditioning worked properly in both rooms.
Having two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms gave us the privacy we needed.

We had a stay at the private villa in Lithakia (July 2021). We enjoyed the amazing Laganas beach with many really great restaurants and bars. Local tavernas, especially Ole Ole is something special. Very tasty and beutiful restaurant. Directly from the beach we bought great tours - turtle spotting (must-see, especially from the small taxi boat), small islands. It's still always a good idea to rent a car on Zakynthos just in order to see everything. We had 7 days stay and only 4 of them we had a car but it was enough to see I suppose 80% of the island and enjoy another beaches and Shipwreck view

Teresa is an amazing, caring host, and nothing was too much trouble for her and her husband.
Perfect place for our holiday.
It's a bit out of the way if you don't have a car, although getting a taxi was easy.
Visiting in October lots of places were already closed.

Lithikia is a lovely, tranquil area of Zakynthos, rich with trees, olive groves and flowering shrubs. The villages are small and quiet with very friendly people. Given it is not even 10 mins from Laganas, it is a real peaceful oasis.

Great place to stay with lovely tavernas and excellent beaches nearby. I will definiteley be returning. Went to El Greco restaurant which was packed every night - mostly with locals which is always a great sign.
Loads of trips available from nearby beaches to go turtle spotting, swimming with turtles, trios to the shipwreck cove and many more
The accommodation is fantastic! We have been to many places in the world, but this was one of the most beautiful. Renting a car is definitely necessary, otherwise it is difficult to get around. Christine, the host, is friendly and kind. There was food and drink waiting for us in the fridge, and he gave us a gift when we left. Important!: it is worth booking on the hotel's website, because the price is significantly better, and the booking was incorrect with us during the booking, which was very annoying.
What I liked most about this hotel was the fact that I had the sea and a very lovely swimming pool right there. I also enjoyed the breakfast on the terrasse by the sea, the dinners at the restaurant with an amazing view over the sea and the city lights, the live concerts twice a week, the spacious balcony of my room with sea view, the beautiful garden, the friendly staff. The fact that they organize sunset boat cruises with their own boats and other sport activities is definitely a plus!
Everything was super awesome!! The host Dionisis is amazing so kind and always available for every need, the hotel is in the best spot of the island, near the main attractions and very near to lagana and cameo island!!! Our room was very big and clean, we LOVED our time there and i recommend this awesome hotel to everyone!! We booked the budget rooms. They were bigger than they looked in the photos, which was good. We had access to the main hotel's swimming pools and breakfast. The breakfast buffet was awesome; English breakfast, Continental breakfast, yoghurts, fruit, sweets, pancakes; there was a selection of everything. There was a supermarket just opposite and a tavern almost next door. Also the beach was nearby.
The location and the quietness were just what we needed to cut ourselves from our busy way of life. The place is just a bubble of paradise, far from the touristic hotel resorts.
Add to this all the little attentions from our hosts, and you have here the perfect place to stay for a restful trip in Zakynthos!
Simple but very comfortable room. Personal was very friendly. The beach is very close to the hotel and is one of the best in the island. Very good area for making boat tours and near several restaurants. The family owns a supermarket directly in front of the hotel and it’s very easy for breakfast or snacks
Very beautiful and calm design hotel in the heart of olive grove. The apartments with private pools are amazing. We definitely enjoyed it. The service was also very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there. If you want to take the break from everything and everyone this is the right place.
Hotel located on a farm with vineyards, very beautiful villas, renovated and well equipped and with wonderful views. Very attentive and friendly staff, always attentive to your needs. Very good swimming pool and excellent breakfast. I recommend anyone to visit Zakynthos.
Laura and Piers were really great hosts. There are a bunch of cats and a dog that wander around the place that we’re really cute and friendly and made it really fun. The breakfast that is included each morning was amazing and the view from the hotel is gorgeous.
What a great surprise. The hotel is located in as an ancient Olive Grove and accessed by dirt roads. It is clearly not the Ritz, but provides spacious apartments and tranquil setting. We booked on very short notice and the host was completely accommodating.
The staff was very welcoming and gave us good recommendations to visit the places in the island.
