George was an absolutely brilliant host and went above and beyond to meet all of our requirements. The property was perfect with beautiful views of the sea. The location was perfect as well in a quiet location but about 20 minute walk from the Laganas strip. Excellent value for money also. Highly highly recommend!

We had a stay at the private villa in Lithakia (July 2021). We enjoyed the amazing Laganas beach with many really great restaurants and bars. Local tavernas, especially Ole Ole is something special. Very tasty and beutiful restaurant. Directly from the beach we bought great tours - turtle spotting (must-see, especially from the small taxi boat), small islands. It's still always a good idea to rent a car on Zakynthos just in order to see everything. We had 7 days stay and only 4 of them we had a car but it was enough to see I suppose 80% of the island and enjoy another beaches and Shipwreck view

Teresa is an amazing, caring host, and nothing was too much trouble for her and her husband.
Perfect place for our holiday.
It's a bit out of the way if you don't have a car, although getting a taxi was easy.
Visiting in October lots of places were already closed.

Lithikia is a lovely, tranquil area of Zakynthos, rich with trees, olive groves and flowering shrubs. The villages are small and quiet with very friendly people. Given it is not even 10 mins from Laganas, it is a real peaceful oasis.

Great place to stay with lovely tavernas and excellent beaches nearby. I will definiteley be returning. Went to El Greco restaurant which was packed every night - mostly with locals which is always a great sign.
Loads of trips available from nearby beaches to go turtle spotting, swimming with turtles, trios to the shipwreck cove and many more
The room was excellent with really nice design and really good facilities as it had an ironing board, pots, cultery and dishes . The service was very hospitable and friendly as after the check out they let us stay in the pool of the hotel and the room was cleaned every day. The area outside the room was really good as well with good facilities too as it had sunscreens and an aid kit for the customers . Lastly the price was fair and equal to what you are paying for. I would definetly visit it again next year !
The accommodation is fantastic! We have been to many places in the world, but this was one of the most beautiful. Renting a car is definitely necessary, otherwise it is difficult to get around. Christine, the host, is friendly and kind. There was food and drink waiting for us in the fridge, and he gave us a gift when we left. Important!: it is worth booking on the hotel's website, because the price is significantly better, and the booking was incorrect with us during the booking, which was very annoying.

The host Dionisis is amazing so kind and always available for every need, the hotel is in the best spot of the island, near the main attractions and very near to lagana and cameo island!!! Our room was very big and clean, we LOVED our time there and i recommend this awesome hotel to everyone!! The hostess was really great, went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and helped to give us good tips of where to go on the island.
We paid for the breakfast option which was at a sister hotel down the road. The food was really good and the staff were so great!
The location and the quietness were just what we needed to cut ourselves from our busy way of life. The place is just a bubble of paradise, far from the touristic hotel resorts.
Add to this all the little attentions from our hosts, and you have here the perfect place to stay for a restful trip in Zakynthos!

Laura and Piers were really great hosts. There are a bunch of cats and a dog that wander around the place that we’re really cute and friendly and made it really fun. The breakfast that is included each morning was amazing and the view from the hotel is gorgeous.
What a great surprise. The hotel is located in as an ancient Olive Grove and accessed by dirt roads. It is clearly not the Ritz, but provides spacious apartments and tranquil setting. We booked on very short notice and the host was completely accommodating.

Hotel is next to the sea literally. We could reach everything by walking on the seaside, around 30-45 mins to get Cameo island and Laganas.
