We loved everything about the place. The location is super, you are surrounded by locals and the nearby beaches are very easy to reach even by walking. If you go to the opposite direction you are in a huge olive forest in 5 minutes and you can go for hikes on scenic routes. Lena is friendly and helpful and the accomodation is stylish, clean and provides all the amenities we needed. The family owned traditional restaurant is a 2 minute walk away on the main square of Liapades, it was our favourite dining option.

For 3* Hotels breakfast was great. Every day 3 different types of eggs, bacon, croissants and fresh fruits to, If you are not very picky and not asking almond milk for breakfast , you will be satisfied with breakfast and regular milk. 😁 We had breakfast outside by the pool, nice atmosphere. Location is great if you are using public transportation till center Corfu ( buss station is straight behind the corner, 3 min walk from hotel. ( buss tickets you can buy in the buss, 1.70€). And big Supermarket is across the street. Lobby is very nice and with TV on the wall, you can have nice drink there by the bar and to watch football on TV 😁. Pool is clean and area around the pool is very comfortable with good quality sun umbrellas and very nice and modern sun beds. Air conditioning, TV and mini bar in the room were working with no problems and noise. Small and sweet hotel wich left to us very good impression. Staff is very friendly and polite.

Lots of tavernas, good mini mart, lots of lovely beaches close by especially Rovinia and Limini. We loved the hike to both, one through olive trees.
Go to Dukades village 10.minutes drive from Liapades for dinner to 'Elizabeth's'. We ate there twice it was so delicious.

The best feature in Liapades are several fantastic beaches...
The best feature in Liapades are several fantastic beaches nearby, especially Rovinia which is the best for us (during the day there is always a part of the beach in the shade). The terrain is quite hilly. It is possible to reach the beaches by paths and boats, which can be rented or connected.
The place is small with a few local shops and restaurants, one bar in the area. The city is connected with the city of Corfu by the Green Bus, which runs several times a day.

Nice small village with good beaches in vicinity. Plenty cafe on way to the Liapades beach. Price and kitchen more or less the same. (average) As well on the beach self. Recommend to rent small boat and see beautiful beaches southerly of Liapades.

Liapades was a beautiful little town that i throughly enjoyed :) Lovely beach, a number of really great restaurants, especially Aria's Grill with delicious food and the son who served us was very friendly and helpful, and plenty of amenties and facilities to make our time spent there easy and comfortable.

Very good city to go to if you are in Corfu for the first...
Very good city to go to if you are in Corfu for the first time. Has many beautiful beaches (wild ones included, Rovinia Beach being the one I adored), lots of shops, taverns and it also has a Green Bus stop, allowing tourists to visit the island of Corfu Town with ease.
The city is not too big, nor too small, a balanced size. It has picturesque architecture typical to Greece and is easy to get around.

Perfect location to walk to the most beautiful beaches. Handy to have a car if you want to explore beyond the village, but there are buses into Corfu town. There’s plenty of restaurants in liapades and a bar or 2. It caters for tourists whilst retaining its Greek charm
The Villa was absolutely perfect for our vacation. It was lovely to have the pool and the veranda to eat outside and really enjoy the beautiful weather we had. The Villa had great amenities. We were especially grateful for the washing machine and also the smart tv so we could chill in front of our favourite shows. Close to 2 beaches which you can easily walk too. Also, restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance as well. The hosts were really lovely and made our stay even more enjoyable by being so hospitable, kind and welcoming.
The house is located in a very quiet location, up the hill in the village and very close to the square of the village, where you can dine at the local restaurant and have a coffee right across the restaurant. The people are really nice and welcoming and the food really great. You are close to the Liapades beach and many others: Rovinia, Limni and Klimatia. If you rent a boat you can reach to others across the coast (that are not reachable by foot).
And not least, the hosts are really nice. I hope we will get back soon.
The apartment complex is situated at a really nice location and in a more or less quiet area, 2 minutes from the bus stop (on foot). Liapades beach and Rovinia beach are for a 10-15-min. walking distance. Several tavernas can be reached nearby.
The room was well equipped, cleaning took place every day.
The owner was extremely helpful when we told him that we wanted a room with 2 separate beds instead of a twin bed, to match our original reservation.
best view for sunsets! Better than the look out restaurants that had been suggested to us by different sources. Ilias, Tanya and Daniel were all very friendly and accommodating hosts.
The Wi fi was a little sketchy, but that seemed to be a common issue on the whole island and not isolated to the hotel

Best location in Corfu! You can walk from the hotel to the best beaches of the island. Really calm and quiet place but with everything you need close (supermarkets, restaurants).
The owner is always available and very kind person. Rooms are clean and with everything you need to have an amazing holiday. The swimming pool has a stunning view of the mountains! I will come back for sure!
The reception was really amazing, the place is near to a wonderful beach and the view can make your eyes pumping out. The owner is kind and his mother shiny the place. You will find 3 small supermarkets less than 10 min walking. And you can access a trail to the famous beach in that part of the island (a plus adventure). No mosquitoes, amazing view and comfortable cozy place.
Beautiful apartment carefully renovated and decorated by the lovely hosts. A lot of thought and attention went into it and you instantly feel at home. Tastefully decorated, has all the amenities you could need and really cosy. The bathroom is so gorgeous and luxurious!
The village is quaint and traditional. It's an easy walk to multiple beaches and close to many olive groves.

Lovely villa, great location with a few shops and great restaurants around. The views from the poolside are fantastic.
The Liapades and Rovinja beaches are close but the walk is really steep OK for a regular person but not suitable for elderly people who may not be that fit anymore. I actually had to drive my mother in law to the beach.
The hotel is beautifully located, close to the beach. The room was very clean, every day they came and maintained the cleanliness. I liked that it was a cool room with a mountain view, it was not necessary to open the air conditioning. The hotel has a terrace where you can have breakfast and dinner.
Lovely spot in a great part of town. Host was very friendly and sorted out any problem we had right away! Great access to the various different beaches around Liapades if you fancy a nice hike! Perfect amenities for making dinner if you want to eat in for a few nights.

Lovely spacious villa in a quiet location but within walking distance of the local beaches, eateries and village supermarket. Set in lovely gardens with secure parking to the front. Friendly host and everything you could need for a comfortable stay.
