The staff were excellent, so friendly & always available, very helpful for any questions we had. My daughter & I stayed in a triple room, it was large, clean, quiet & comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights in Feb, not a very cold winter for Kozani at the time & the temperature inside the room was spot on. The hotel was in a great location, about a 5-10 minute easy walk to the main square. Although we did not choose the breakfast option, we could see there was also a lovely sitting room near reception facing the street where people would sit & get coffee & other refreshments. It was great value for money & I would definitely stay here again.

I unfortunately was not pleased with my stay. The neighbours were not to my liking.
A quiet town, far from the usual tourist crowd. In the center, the plateau is very lively thanks to the street musicians. Their music is better than any of the surrounding restaurants. Thanks to that, we missed dinner, but we don't regret it. We enjoyed! We did not have time to visit the city and its surroundings in more detail, and we will do so next time. For now, the city captivates with its authentic and relaxed lifestyle.
Hotel Katerina offered excellent value for money. I was somewhat skeptical when booking due to the affordable price, two-star rating, and the images (CRT television...), but the hotel turned out to be very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, and although the location was slightly off the beaten path, it was still within reasonable walking distance from the city center. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, providing enough sustenance, especially for me as a business traveler. I would book the same place again without hesitation.
Apartment has been recently renovated and is modern and exceptionally clean. The location is central with easy and quick access to the main square of Kozani once you get to know the streets. A stocked fridge with water and drinks was provided including a coffee machine. The host was courteous, friendly and helpful.
The hotel was located in a very quiet area; it has a very nice and large garden, including a cherry tree with a ladder for those who want to eat cherries. Large swimming pool. The hotel corridors were full of charm. the hotel houses a collection of old objects.
The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped, large terrace, placed in a quiet area. Location is good for tranzit to Ionian Islands because is close to the main road. It is also easy to attend the city center of Kozani. Kind and prompt host!

The hotel is good for one night if you travel and stay during the trip. But it is not at walking distance from Kozani. The parking is big enough. It is easy to find it because is on the main road 2 km from Kozani.
