The worst hotel we have ever been to!! The whole hotel is dark all the time, no lights are turned on, not even at breakfast, the staff is not nice, they don't even look up when the guests come in and out, no one smiles, the feeling is as if you are not welcome.

Lovely hotel up on the hill looking down at Kastoria Lake in a very quiet location: it has the perfect view from almost every room. Bedrooms are comfortable and well furnished and the bathrooms very functional with lots of hot water and fresh towels every day. The hotel is super clean and provides a good breakfast. There’s a lovely terrace to sit, have a drink and enjoy the view.. very well maintained garden and safe parking on site. Although it doesn’t have a restaurant there are good tavernas close by, the hotel provides a list of suggested places (and sites of interest) and are happy to arrange transport.

I loved my stay at Hotel Orestion. The staff are also owners, so they go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The hotel is located a few minutes (uphill) from the waterfront/promenade as well as a large public parking lot (free after 2pm until 9am). The room is a good size, and the view I had from my balcony of the local square was simply divine. Breakfast was included and served in the lovely mezzanine dinning room.
10/10 would stay again!

Walking around the lake is a must and going to the Palia Poli restaurant as well - it's in the old town near the lake and there wasn't anything we ordered that we didn't love. There are parking spaces near the lake and I would love to visit again.

Nice city that preserves a lot of traditional buildings, espescially in the beighbourhoods Ntoltso and Apozari. The Folklore Museum (Neratzis Aivazis Mansion) and the Tsiatsiapas Mansion are open to the public providing the opportunity to admire the interior of these buildings. Moreover, a visit to the Monastery of Mavriotissa is great also for admiring the nature and the great landscape of the lake. The exploration of the byzantine churches of the city and a visit to the nearby open air museum of Dispilio are also recommended - although the latter is a reconstruction and not the archaological site itself.

What a beautiful place!
What a beautiful place! When we stayed, the Autumn leaves were just appearing and the views across the lake were superb. This is such a beautiful, green and mountainous part of Greece, well worth exploring. Everyone in the town was friendly and welcoming and you get a real sense of what Greece was like before the highest excesses of tourism. It's wonderful just to stroll around the lake and we found some excellent restaurants serving very high quality meals and lots of local recipes and ingredients.

Very cute little town with nice walks by the lake and in the mountains. Everything is in walking distance. Nice and affordable taverns. Many traditional houses in the old part of the town. Will suit better people younger than 60 due to hilly walks. In the town, but the walks by the lake are flat and refreshing.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . When I come to Kastoria I like to stay in Keletron hotel again and again! Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. Would like to see Anastasio but unfortunately he wasn’t there yesterday. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Last year I forgot in the room my diamond ring and after few days they found it and gave me back! Thank you!
Guesthouse Filoxenia, very cozy place in the northen Greece., situated in the small romantic town Kastoria, this big family house offers an amazing view from tha balcony and the dining room. The staff was very nice and willing to help, here is a parking place directly next to the guesthouse and the breakfast with the view on the lake was wonderful. It is also a good starting point to make a tour around the peninsula. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the stay a lot. A place to remember.

We were given a beautiful corner room facing the park which had a partial view of the lake.
We were greated by the owner upon arrival and he showed us everything as to were to go and things to do.

I love Greece. Greek people, the country is amazing. This hotel is proof of that. Wonderful hotel with stunning views of Kastoria. Very responsive, kind people, ready to help. I really wish this hotel to remain Greek, not European. Because it is Greek values and traditions that distinguish you from the rest of Europe. I feel at home in Greece. The host was really helpful in showing me around the place and even helped me finding a parking spot right in front of the hotel. A Godsend in a city like Kastoria, where parking is a difficult topic to say the least. The room was clean and had a very 90s artsy feel to it in regards to furnishing and colour choices. Not exactly my top choice personally but surely a memorable interior design.
It is always beautiful in Kastoria. And even more beautiful when you are accommodated in Chloe Hotel. I have visited Kastoria three times, and all three times we have been accommodated in Chloe Hotel, which will never disappoint you: Hospitality, comfort in the rooms, cleanliness and a wonderful breakfast. Everything is perfect and I can't wait to go again to the next visit.
23keys was a wonderful place to stay in Kastoria. It's newly refurbished with everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, kitchen and washing machine. it is conveintly located in the center of the city. The hostess, Katarina, was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and extremely giving of her time. Highly recommended for anyone thinking of staying in Kastoria.
This is wonderful family hotel! Mimi and Margarita make you feel like you are in their home. All the staff were wonderful. Helpful in every way! The breakfast is fresh, many homemade items including fresh orange juice to wonderful spinach and cheese pies. All the cakes and jams are homemade. This is a fabulous place to stay in Kastoria.
The hostess is very communicative and friendly. She helped us with a parking sport in front of the apartment and provided tips about our stay in Kastoria. The apartment is fully equipped with loads of extra's (cookies, fruit). We highly enjoyed our quick stay here and next time we come back we will definitely stay here again!

The location is very good*, and we could park just in front of the hotel.The room was a bit tight, but not a problem at all. The beds were comfortable, clean. The breakfast is just fine, nothing special, but far from bad either. And the personnel are great, friendly and always smiling.

The hotel was centrally located on top of the hill in Kastoria, which is why I chose it. As it turned out our host could not do enough for us, I have never er experienced such keenness to help her guests.
