Hotel Alkyon, hotel in Houlakia

Alkyon Hotel is a 10-minute walk from Mykonos Town. It offers a swimming pool, and spacious rooms with balconies. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

The property was very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and the lady on the reception was very helpful. On our arrival she explained and gave tips to do the things around Mykonos . They don’t have tea kettle in room on check in but once requested on receipt the lady provided us one. The breakfast is good .The property has great view of sea and we enjoyed evening sunset view from the property. The pool area was very clean and had good amount of relaxing area. The property also offers complimentary free airport/port pick up and drop off which was very good .The guy who picked up and drop us was very helpful and kind enough to help us with our bags . The staff look after their guest here . If you take walk to Little venice from the property be mindful of steep road and lots of stairs .Also its 12 mins drive to Paradise beach which was worth visiting. Overall great property and good service with quiet location.

Stunningly beautiful property. Family run so immaculate. At a very good price point, hence great value. In fact the best value hotel in my 2 week holiday. The manager ( family's granddaughter) is super helpful, I didn't catch her name.

We stopped over for one night at White Rock hotel in Mykonos, on our way to Syros, a matter-of-fact booking which turned out to be a human experience. Our smiling hosts spared no effort to accommodate us in a spotless, comfortable room overlooking the sea. And even the few steps leading to it turned out to be no problem (fot my 89 years) thanks to the discretely but generous help of Elias. Yes let’s hope in a next visit soon!

    Absolutely beautiful!

Absolutely beautiful! I like staying away from the main busy city yet still close enough to only be a 5 minute drive away. The people and food were wonderful. If you are a nervous driver, I do not recommend driving as the roads are very narrow with blind corners.

People are very kind, it is easy to walk around the area, they have good food, they have a market, you can pack ... In short, they have everything you need for a vacation and you don't waste much time on the road. It is easy to get to the city center by boat and is cheap boiled. You have more opportunities to spend your time.

Nice quiet town 10 minutes up the mountain from the chaos down in the city of Mykonos. There are 2 close beaches, Houlakia beach and Agios Stefanos. Great price for what it was, it was beautiful. Nothing is open though in Houlakia late at night. We would have to go to the city. We went to little Venice until 6am for drinks.

Great value, nice people, clean rooms, super friendly staff.

Great value, nice people, clean rooms, super friendly staff. Mykonos is an expensive island. This place is a good value, you have parking spaces and get anywhere on the island within 20 minutes. The interior of the place is modern and beautiful and there is a cafe where you get the best iced coffee in town:) I would recommend this place and will definitely come back!
