This place has lots of charm. A little old fashioned but real character - our seven year old daughter thought it looked like a palace! A lovely big pool, and just a short walk to the beach or town (though you do have to walk a little way along an unpleasant busy road). The breakfast was generous and varied - coffee, yoghurt, honey, omelette, plums and peaches, cake etc. the staff were extremely friendly

Small Greek town with a lot of restaurants in the harbor. However, avoid those restaurant owners calling you a "friend" and pulling you into their restaurant. Anyway, a nice relaxing place after the tourist inferno of Delphi.

Nice little seaside town which is kind of frozen in earlier times. Has a great row of tavernas to match the stunning houses of seagoing folk who inhabited the place in former times. (Word has it that the only way in and out of town in those times was by sea.) On the whole, nice people and there are some tremendous places to eat in Galaxidi. It's also a great place to stay if you want to see Delphi. About 40 minutes away.

A small, quiet and lovely place with lot of tavernas with fresh fish. If you seek for a piece and nothing else, maybe to rest yourself after a long trip, one or two nights staying there will be just fine.

We liked the place near the centre and we like the restaurant at the port of the sea. But we asked the 2 rooms near each other and the view of the sea, we received 2 rooms not near each other, 1 room without sea view and with very small and unequipped kitchin and 1 room with sea view but without kitchin.
The breakfast was nice and abundant. We were offered plenty of things to eat. The staff was kind. Our room for 4 persons was amazing: we did not expect such a beautiful place, all decorated with a lot of care and very clean. It even had a small kitchen. The room also had anti-mosquito plugs, which were very useful. The hotel is very well situated in the center of the town and in a peaceful street. The town of Galaxidi is worth the visit, very lovely.
The hotel is in a quiet area of Galaxidi. Parking is easily available on the nearby streets.
We stayed just one night to visit Delphi next day and were the only guests. Nonetheless we had the full selection at breakfast with toast an scrambled eggs just prepared for us.
Our room was spacious with a high ceiling and had a little balcony with a nice view across the old harbor.
The bad was large and comfortable for us -- just the right hardness.
Staff doesn't speak English but very kind and always helpful. The swimming pool is clean and beautiful, with an amazing view on the sea. The balcony with garden view actually had a view on the sea, which was very nice. You can go and swim in the sea in front of the hotel but wear surfer shoes because the rocks and sea urchins can hurt pretty bad.
The surrounding area is great to visit (by car): Galaxidi, Itea, and of course Delphi.
Really nice, family-owned and run, small hotel. Perfectly clean with a marvelous breakfast and very nice outdoor eating area. We visited on a quiet, off-season weekend and we were the only guests! Like staying at a friends home. Easy parking and quick walk to the water front restaurant area. Patio outside room and nice sitting area inside room. Very, very well maintained property with all sorts of nice amenities.
Seamore is a small pension above a very nice restaurant belonging to the same family. Our room was not very big but had everything we needed, was clean and had a lovely balcony we could sit and look at the beautiful Galaxidi bay. Diana and her husband Christos were very friendly and helpful.
It was the cutest, quaintest little hotel, and at the same time the rooms were very modern. And we absolutely loved the breakfast!
And the town of Galaxidi was so fun to wander around - it felt very safe, and there were lots of places to eat and things to do.
The Galaxa Mansion is absolutely charming in an old world way and the staff spoiled us rotten. Our breakfast on the veranda overlooking the gulf was presented to us on a large tray of locally homemade delights. We plan to definitely stay there again.

Lovely and beatifully decorated house in the pitoresque village of Galaxidi. The village has beautiful beaches, great places to dine and is close to Deplhi. Host is very friendly, provides great tips and it very responsive.
