Nice view from the balcony on the sea und street with restaurants. The room was cleaned daily, very accurately. Perfect location, everythjng walkable, but of course it can be a bit loud, as it is in the center on the main street and on top of a restaurant, but i didn't mind.

Everything ! The hospitality , friendliness , helpfulness and great local knowledge of Tari and his family . The hotel has recently had a refurbishment on all the bathrooms and they look amazing. The WiFi has had an upgrade too and it is very reliable . Perfect location to the centre of marmaras . The rooms are tidy , clean and have everything you need. There is a balcony , air conditioning is perfect. The family are always on hand to help with anything and answer any questions . I recommend this great hotel to anyone who wishes to have a pleasant and happy stay in Marmaras, you will not be disappointed !

We had an amazing time in this perfect apartment. Bed is very comfortable, bathroom is very clean what is most important for me, there was shower gel, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, hairdryer etc. Wi-Fi connection was excellent. The location is close to everything, and with amazing view. Housekeepers are very kind, they changed our bed sheets and towels every day.

The Management is always hands on, super helpful and friendly. The bungalows are very nice, the view is amazing and a very good breakfast.
The staff are very nice, we where charged a bit more by mistake due to an amendment in the number of nights which I did, and the manager made sure to come and find us to refund the money.

The roads surrounded by lush green trees and the coves we visited were stunning. The sea was beautiful, and the views were breathtaking, though it was a bit crowded. In the evenings, the activity dies down quite early, and the roads become empty around 10 PM, whereas in city centers, the liveliness continues into the night.

The area is very beautiful. Lots of greenery, mediterranean houses, greek specific architecture, lovely beaches, amazing restaurants.
We liked in particular the restaurant Koufadakis and the tavern Lemoni, inside Acrotel Athena Pallas.
A beautiful Place with nice clean Rooms. The Pool is very nice to relax after a Day at the Beach. Please be kind to Fotis his Wife and his very sweet little Daughter. They are very sweet Person who try everything to make your Holidays special and perfect. The Local from The Hotel is a good start in every directions and beautiful spaces and beaches

Hotel is very well kept, nice grounds and everything clean. No problems getting beds at the pool - but it was extremely hot when we stayed and there are not enough umbrellas and those that are there provide only limited shade - which is probably why there were not many people there.
Location is fantastic, all the best beaches are five minutes drive away, surrounding nature is dreamlike and there's a small store nearby. We liked our room in the hotel because we had a big terrace with sea view, buffet is very rich, food always fresh and delicious, stuff helpful and kind. Rooms are cleaned every day.
