Beautiful property, but our room was in the “old” building. Super nice staff. Good, cheap restaurant. Cold A/C. A bit far from Corfu centre but easily accessible by one bus (#7 I think?) and only €3 or so.
Our first room (405?) smelled like sewage. Very strong smell in the morning and some liquid came up from drain the the floor, we quickly asked to be moved but were told the hotel was full but they’ll see. I insisted a few hours later (we were willing to move hotels) and a room upstairs in the same building was provided and we were much more comfortable there. I know islands have sewage and drainage issues and you cannot flush toilet paper here it must be put in the trash. But this building really needs done attention and upgrade like the rest of the property.

About the problems:
lack of thorough cleaning
the remote control did not work
the shower drain is clogged
the climate cannot be controlled, it is dirty, it has not been cleaned
there is only one leg in the kitchen, so you can't cook
It is hard to believe that the problems were solved, since I notified you in writing, but the owner did not show up at the time you wrote, nor after that.
I don't think that the removal of the drain blockage, the repair of the air conditioner, which has probably not been cleaned for a long time, and the thorough cleaning could have been done in 2 days, seeing the attitude of the owner.
I also booked here because I read the good reviews. At the same time, none of them are from 2024, so something could have happened since then due to maintenance and attitude.

The property was overwhelmed with construction products and very messy. It was like a construction site. When we met the owner she refused to give us her name. There was no privacy, terrace was not covered. All open and gravel. the front was like a parking lot in the middle of the woods. No information for beach, restaurant, food market, and no tourism information. The bathroom and kitchen were old and aging. Not much privacy, no television. The bedroom had an old, one bed, the cabinet in bedroom was open and was beat up. Everything was old and cheap. No tourist information was provided. The owners were not friendly, rude. We felt lost in the middle of the woods.
