This was one of the most lovely hotels that we have ever stayed in. It is so well run with attention to detail and a genuine desire from all the staff to make guests welcome and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and generous breakfasts that can be taken inside or outside by the pool. The rooms are really well furnished, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We slept very well indeed . It is in an excellent location in a pretty street and within walking distance of everything. It was straight forward to unload our car outside and then to park it for the full 4 days at the harbour which is free and a short walk away. Thank you to Hotel Ippoliti for making our stay so enjoyable.

Lovely breakfast served in a lovely room. This hotel reflects by gone days, with lovely furnishings and decor reminiscent of the Edwardian era. The main public area with bar is beautifully furnished. The staff are professional and happy to book a private driver to the archaeological sites. The location, at the shore promenade, is beautiful.

It is a right choice if you want to spend a short holiday with your family or partner. The location is amazing if you get a seaview room. You can have your drinks at your balcony while enjoying the seaview. Especially the sunrising is fantastic! The breakfast was also highly satisfactory with various choices.
Polyxenia is an 1850, restored mansion set in one of the scenic alleys of Nafplio. It offers traditionally furnished rooms with free Wi-Fi just a few minutes’ walk from the central Syntagma Square.

Location perfect, friendly, staff.
The roon was clean but dark and only had a very tiny window high up near the ceiling.
Christos is so nice, available, helpful, with a big heart.

I recommend his place, because it had exactly what we needed. It was clean and it was closed to everything, touching the mandarine trees christos cultivates. Thank u Christos for your help and information!!!!

Dhrepanon is excellent for a beach holiday.
Dhrepanon is excellent for a beach holiday. It has some nice restaurants as well as excellent fish restaurants in nearby at Vivari. It can be a good base to visit Nafplion, Mycinae and Epidavros and Athens is less the 2 hours away.

Tom Tom Kalamata (Messini!)
Tom Tom Kalamata (Messini!) to Dhrepanon did not work; try Epidafros.
On 80 km roads you have to slow down to 50 km near crossings; we saw a BMW that passed us and was stopped by the police.
The airport Kalamata is in Messini.
Maria is a nice supermarket; the Italian pizza restaurant is really good; you can take home for the nexth day what was too much. There is a nice bakery uphill, just after Maria's .
Swimming, snorkelen, we even saw a small octopus.

Drepanon is a nice village in Argolis.
Drepanon is a nice village in Argolis. Next to Drepanon beach are a few more like Vivari, Kondili, Cantia etc. The food is very good and we've tried Da Boco, the italian restaurant, and we had tried Kontos (who owns a restaurant and a butcher's shop) who had excellent meat and is very central, in the main square. The village also has two or three bakeries but we always stick with "Sophia's".
Very nice woman Christina has a nice house in Drepano. 3 or 4 nice appartments for a beach-trip/sightseeing-trip to Nafplion. 7km by car to Nafplion, 4km to a nice fishing-village. The clean, nice, no-big-waves beach ist appr. 10 min by foot down hill (umbrellas, beds and drinks, snacks, wc available), the flats have a balkony, a small kitchen, silent in the night. Thanks for the stay. Small silent village (taverns, bakery, supermarkt etc. 5 minutes by foot).
Wonderful stay in Drepano - The host, Panos, is a very kind human being and was extremely available for us. Helpful, he made a lot of things accessible and even took us for a drive around the region!
The apartment was clean, well equipped and very well positioned. In the summer, the sun rises from one side and sets on the other. It is beautiful. We could see the sea from the terrace.
Efkharisto poly!!!
A perfect place to relax. Hotel in front of a beautiful beach, in a beautiful and quiet place near the busy and beautiful Naplio, Epidavros, Mikenes but not so busy as Tolo. There is a restaurant in the hotel and a restaurant nearby where you can eat at a good price. Rooms recently rebuilt with very confortable matresses. We wish we had stayed longer.
The room was so old that I think the bathroom came from the 1960s. The shower managed to get water all over the bathroom and none on the person trying to wash. It was small. The place was virtually empty and yet we were still put at the back of the hotel. The breakfast was passable as were the beds.
The hotel is already undergoing a restoration on all grounds and the rooms have been renovated. The hotel offers modern amenities and the staff is very friendly. The location is by the sea and the most famous beaches of the region are close by. The breakfast is overall full of choices.
Popular seaside hotel. Small rooms with good beds, a small balcony and a mini-fridge. Clean, easy-going, friendly staff. Mostly greek guests. Good breakfast buffet. Nice little pool with lay-down chairs. Free tennis court and equipment.
Drepano is a fantastic place to spend a vacation, fantastic beach, small charming Drepano, and beautiful Nafplio nearby.
Excellent local restaurants. The apartment is really nice, and well equipped.
