It was walking distance to everything! The owner went out of his way to find me a 6am taxi driver to drive me to my next location.
Hotel Olympic enjoys panoramic views of the Corinthian gulf, hence located in Delphi. The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring Delphi and the surrounding area.

Cleanliness, friendly owner, proximity to the city
A charming hotel in the city of Delphi offering warm hospitality and functional accommodations and breathtaking views of the valley leading to the sparkling waters of the Corinthian Gulf.
Very friendly and familiar staff.
The sea view room was awsome
Delphi has a great archeological site and museum. Those can be seen in one morning or afternoon. The number of large tour groups was a headache and ruined the experience. There needs to be a limit on entry per day. The town is a tourist trap and not worth your time. Stay elsewhere for better surroundings and visit Delphi on a day trip. Mt Parnassus National Park is an empty, undeveloped forest. As far as we could tell, we were the only ones there in mid April. The place is real wilderness and loaded with a wide variety of mushroom and fungus, which is a why we went.

Archeological site and museum are well worth the trip, but other than that, there’s no reason to stay more than the morning or afternoon it takes to see those two things. The town is another tourist trap of souvenir stores and basic restaurants with extremely limited parking.

My favourite place in Dephi was definitely the archaeological site, especially the temple of Apollo. We had a wondeful breakfast at Melopoleio every morning, which was followed by a pleasant coffee and beer later in the evening. Delphi has the village in a walking distance both from the site and the museum. However, I would recomment to any visitors to prefer a car as a means of transportation, because there are plenty of villages around the area that are worth seeing.

Great location. A must go.
Great location. A must go. The ruines are great although the stadium was closed. And the museum is really nice. We spent two nights and this was maybe too much. We arrived at 2pm from Athenes by bus. We could have visited the location on the day after and leave back to Athenes with the 4pm bus. Nevertheless, there was a very good restaurant (Taverna Vahkos) so that is ok.

Delphi is a beautiful location, the archaeological site and museum are stunning. The town is very close to the small winter ski resort of Parnassos and the picturesque town of Arachova but also very close to the seaside, Itea and the picturesque seafront town of Galaxidi. Food was really delicious both in Delphi and Arachova. All in all a must-see for visitors to Greece but, also ideal for a weekend or long weekend stay. If you have a car you can see and do so much. You don't even need a car if you are only interested in the Delfoi archaeological site which is a short walk from the town.

A small mountain town with a lot of history!
A small mountain town with a lot of history! Worth a visit, if for no other reason then to see the Temple of Apollo, quite possibly the third most famous landmark in Greece (after the Acropolis and Mount Olympus), where the Oracle if Delphi foretold her prophecies. Be sure to budget enough time to see neighboring Araxova!
We booked two rooms for our group of 6 and were given two neighboring rooms. The staff was very accommodating of a last-minute request. The rooms were clean and comfortable with amazing views from the balcony. The included breakfast was served buffet-style, with a good range of options to choose from. The hotel is centrally located and within easy walking distance to a number of restaurants, and easy on-street parking.
The Amalia Hotel at Delphi went beyond our expectations. The room was spacious and the facilities had a pool, bar, full restaurant, and parking on premises. The air conditioning was much needed as the temperature outside reached about 42 Celsius. The breakfast bar was included, and this was a nice bonus. If you are staying overnight in Delphi, Hotel Amalia is an excellent choice.
Great views, service, and phenomenal location. Walkable to the Temple of Apollo, and plenty of shops nearby. Having parking was key - many other hotels in the area did not offer parking. It's a family run business and it was very nice to see everyone help out. Breakfast was buffet style in the lower floor, which was very standard. Large variety.
Absolutely amazing place. We have selected this hotel because of the high rating and good price and everything is as it was described from the other guest: For the cold weather outside hotel was warm and clean, view is marvelous and owner was more than welcome. This is your place if you like hospitality and stay like in home.
The staff was really friendly and kind, I would rate the breakfast among the best, contains traditional pies, plenty of sweet options, freshly prepared eggs dishes, freshly made juice and excellent coffee that is hard to find in hotels, the view from the balcony of the room was breathtaking
The hotel has a nice lobby, friendly helpful staff suggested discount s for food a short walk away, nice clean room with balcony with a excellent view overlooking a large olive grove and water in the distance. Breakfast was excellent. Air conditioned , elevator.
Very decent hotel with sympathetic staff and comfortable beds. Great value for money and 5-star breakfast buffet with local produce. Great location to visit the archeological site and museum which are at a short walking distance
The hotel was great!!! Staff was very friendly, breakfast was delicious and the bed was very comfortable. Also, our room had a great panoramic view of the mountains! One of the best hotels I've stayed 😊
Nice hotel. Quiet, with comfortable bed, nice private bathroom with towels and shampoo shower gel. Breakfast for the price was quiet good. Price was way better than Arachova and very close to it.
Beautiful hotel with 1940's vibe (old wood banisters and plush carpet). Balcony view was spectacular. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go from the room, incredible breakfast.
The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to ancient Delphi. There is no off street parking, but can find available parking in town. Breakfast was decent.
