Peaceful and quiet area, proper for a recharging holiday together with your family. The view is fantastic - lovely sea in front of your eyes and mountains in the back. Long beach with clear water and fine sands. Nice restaurants with amazing seafood, traditional dishes and delicious deserts.

Great place to travel to with family, not so great for partying. Tons of choices for quads and bikes, but not allowed to take them off-road. Tons of good places to eat at, though there are some that are trying to look good, but the food is horrible, rather than blindly trusting reviews take a look at the food served before committing.

I know this is a favorite location for many people, but for me was just nice. I liked the view, the beach and the taverns on the beach side and not only, but I was a little disappointed by the number of wasps from this summer and by the many areas along side the beach that looked not attended for a long time. On the other hand, the people are amazing and they succeed to make you feel very welcome.

We had an awesome stay at George hotel.
Nice and clean rooms (they were cleaned every day) a free space to chill in the garden, coffee, tea inside the room, the beach is very close, 3 min walking. The owners were very welcoming, friendly, understanding and helpful. Thank you for the hospitality.
Good memories related to that stay, wedding anniversary and also a job interview, very good internet connection by the way. Thasos is a very beautiful island and I would recommend to stay in George hotel.
A wonderful place, a real paradise. Everything in the hotel was fantastic, the room was big enough, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, it was quiet and peaceful around. A real full vacation :)
