I loved everything about the hotel. The warm welcome and professional support from the staff were exceptional. The location is right by the sea, offering stunning sunrises and sunsets. The breakfast was varied and delicious. There are also friendly cats in the courtyard and even a library with books in English, German, and Greek. The mattress was comfortable. The hotel provides sunbeds by the sea. Special thanks to Irinaюi for the warm welcome. Regarding the shoreline: it's a mix of sand and pebbles, which might not be very convenient for children, and that's probably why I didn't see many families with kids on the beach. For those looking to relax by the sea away from the city's hustle and bustle, this is the perfect choice.

Very kind personel. They prepare foor for me after arriving despite it was after 10 p.m.and they had closed kitchen. I also have got small coffee maker with kettle to the room on my kind request. Hotel is in very good localization opposite the road to the beat part of the beach. I would like to come back there!

The hole structure is very beautiful and the staff is SUPER helpful. They organized for us a boat trip to visit Balos and helped us with many other things. The swimming pool is a big added value. The place is incredibly clean and the breakfast was majestic!

The staff is truly friendly. The breakfast is fine - comparing with a 4 star hotel in Crete, the one served by Sapphire is better. (salted and sweet dishes). A high appreciation for the coffee served. It is not the specific coffee at the machine as in majority hotels, it's prepared with quality coffee and milk. The location is new and spotless clean. If I come back one day, for sure I would choose again. More than this, if you want to visit the west beaches 🌊of Crete, Kissamos is a strategic point. The suite is equipped with enough tools for cooking.
