Wauw - what a nice place. The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom. Very clean, very modern equipment. We watched the sunset out of the balcony of one window side and the sunrise on the other. The view on the water castle of Bourtzi in the Argolic gulf is breathtaking. The reception provided even beach towels for the beach which is in walking distance from the Guesthouse. We loved the breakfast, a buffet with homemade bakeries and local food beautifully presented and cared for by the chef and his team.

The location is very central. The breakfast was quite good. Although the room was on the small side, it was more than made up for by our lovely hostesses, Maria and her sister Alexandra.

The room and the whole hotel was dirty, filthy, there was no warm water during the day. Warm water we were told was available for 2 hours in the afternonon. No one around to talk to. Requested an invoice and they told us to write it ourselves. Booking.com should re examine having listed this hotel for peopel to book.
