We loved this place! Although we came at end of the season, the accommodation was perfect and we wish we has come in the summer. The beds were amazingly comfy, the kitchen the right size with everything one would need, the balconies were gorgeous. We loved the cabana beds and the kids loved the sup and kayak.
The family-run JuliaStudios is located in Amoudi Resort of Zakynthos, just 100 metres from the beach.

The owner Anastasia was always there to help, assist and talk to us. We will keep her in a beautiful memory and hopefully one day we meet again!

The accommodation was excellent!! My room was quiet, extremely clean, comfortable and Demitrios was fantastic. The room had everything that was needed and Demetrios was easily contactable and responded very quickly!! The bins in the rooms were changed nearly every day, with the towels being changed many times within my stay, Isavella had everything that you would need within the accommodation. 10/10. Very friendly staff who helped us with any needs we had. We could stay the day after check out at the poolside to wait for our flight, we had a book from the libary gifted because we couldnt finish it. Location is perfectly situated by the sea and rooms are pretty big.

The room was very very tidy and clean, it was spacious and the bed was comfy. The view from the room was lovely, it was overlooking a huge palm tree and you could also see the sea.
The garden is really, really nice with a few places to sit and relax. It's only a few minutes away from the beach and from a corner shop, where you can find everything you might need.

Dina, our host, was the best host possible, always helpful, with any issues: helping us get transportation from the airport to the accommodation, renting cars, recommending places to eat, even checking that the bus schedule was correct (it was, we could rely on what was written on the sign in the bus station).
The apartments (we rented 3 of them) were larger than expected, clean, and with terraces with very nice views.
The beach (a few steps away) was great, even though small, and it never felt crowded. The water was perfect, for adults and children alike.

Amoudi is slowly building-up its tourist industry but remains quieter and less built-up than the rest of the island's resorts especially those on the southern and south-eastern beaches. It's truly lovely with quite small beaches (not all sandy). All Zakynthian roads are chaotic and Amoudi is no different. Always walk facing oncoming traffic and at night have reflector or small torch handy! Tap water is not suitable for drinking (or boiling we were told) so we used bottled water for drinks etc. There are no shortages of excellent restaurants most with amazing sea views.

Amoudi is a small village, it's not really a resort.
Amoudi is a small village, it's not really a resort. This brings both advantages (you can find shops with decent prices, it's very quiet, it's not crowded), and disadvantages (no night life, no parties, you need to go to a different town/city/port for all of the organized boat trips), depending on what you are looking for.
There are a few beaches, but we only liked one, with nice sand and perfect water (large areas with small water, for children, but also deep water for swimmers).
We found both very good food, and mediocre food, depending on the tavern.
There is a bus going through the village a few times per day, and it can be successfully used to travel cheaply (1.6 euros pp in July 2023), but you need to plan ahead, otherwise you may end up needing to take a taxi back.

Quiet family-oriented area with many good restaurants and several small beaches. Ovelix grill bar is our favorite but all restaurants we tried were very good.
No big resort with tons of tourists which we appreciated.

Lovely beach, not too crowded, beautiful view, clean water. Not much sand in the beach, but at the same time there were not many rocks in the water which is a bonus.
The rocky part on the right side of the sea was great for snorkelling- you can notice at least 8 different types of fish.
At the times the water is very still and very clear- beautiful!

Amoudi is a small village.
Amoudi is a small village. Is you are looking for a quiet place is the perfect choice. We rented a car, so it was easy to visit other places and beaches. We stayed at Patronis Studios and our host Dela recommended someone who rents boats, the boat took us from Amoudi beach and we visited the Blue caves and the famous Navagio Beach with is amazing blue waters and the shipwreck. There are some restaurants, I can recommend Amoudi - good food, good price, great service and a perfect atmosphere.

Everything just right.
Everything just right. The stuff made us feel welcome, scaled our moves, figured out quickly the limits of our need of privacy.
They were not after the money, they were finding happines in serving. Normal people, with days of happines and days of less talking.
They love their sun, the see, the life.
Beautiful and peaceful location for a weeks relaxation.
Our room was a good size, small bathroom, kitchenette and balcony. Lovely view to the ocean and amazing sunrises.
Gardens were lush and green. Friendly staff.
Across the road is a quite new restaurant where you can use sunbeds and umbrellas for free with quite easy access to the ocean for swimming.
Easy walking distance to a few another restaurants and a supermarket.
We also did a wonderful boat trip (shipwreck bay etc) ticketed by the hotel so very simple.
We loved our room and the view, the attention for the small details. and the good vibes that are so present at Julia Studios
Anastasia was super kind.
We came unplanned at high season and were unable to get a car to rent. Anastasia found one for us at a good price, and helped us with all the details even after we left.
We whole-heartedly feel our stay and experience with Anastasia was exceptionally pleasent. Thank you Anastasia!

Lovely, cozy hotel with a gorgeous garden, nicely decorated rooms overlooking the sea, had a wonderful room on last floor with such a pretty balcony from where I could enjoy the view and sound of the sea.
The hosts are lovely people, very helpful and friendly and it’s a pleasure to spend thine with them sharing stories in the shadows of the hotel’s lovely garden.
Lots of fig trees around, also enjoyed the delicious figs that I picked myself from the tree 😊
Dionysias place is like paradies, a wonderful quiet place in the middle of olivetrees, a marvelous garden and balcony, well-tended with love and care from Dionysia, a small bay 2 minutes from the house, on the balcony you can hear the sea and see the horizon. We are very thankfull and happy to disover this magique place, like a peaceful and calm oasis in the middle of a touristic zone of Zakynthos. We will surely come back.
Great Location, awesome front beach, comfy room, Maria was excelent with all our request. Beautiful hotel. Fausto for all the tours arrangements was excellent too. The bar was perfect, everything that you wished for. The pick up from the airport on time and professional. Its the best place to stay if you are looking forward to relaxing. Also you have a few companies to rent cars o four wheels. Photos do not make it justice

If you want parties, loud music and stuff like that, just don't go there! If you want nice relaxing atmosphere and a peaceful and quiet holiday, this is the place.
If I ever go back to Zakynthos, I won't go anywhere else.

We can only recommend Clear Horizon. Throughout our stay we only experienced great hospitality from Andreas and Martina, delicious flavors and greek food. The view from our balcony was priceless. We drove around the island so now I can safely declare that Amoudi Beach is among the best ones because of its shallow, crystal clear water and sandy shore.
I can't place enough compliments to the property. Location was on a quiet beach (Amoudi), nearby great restaurants. With a small walk, a more popular beach (Alikanas) could be reached.
Hosts were simply great, kind and helpful.
I wanted to stay more, but unfortunately was not possible due availability

The hotel is well-located for exploring the nord and the center of the island even though it is not very far (half an hour drive) from the airport (south).
There is a small sandy beach very next to the hotel. This is an intimate beach with very few people. The water is rather shallow, very good for young children.
This place was absolutely amazing and anyone travelling to Zakynthos this would be top of the list in terms of my recommendations on where to stay! It’s located well, the staff are so helpful and the facilities at the apartments are fantastic especially for the great value for money!
Superb location on the quiet side of Zakynthos, nearby are good beaches and many nice 100% authentic restaurants.
